So simple to use and it's able to connect to my phone so I can adjust the temperature from my house and not have to sit outside in the snow adding charcoal. We also just bought the rotisserie chicken kit to add to it.

I bought last summer had to replace. 2 switches and put a fireboard set up because the temperature wasn't working all the time.

This is the best product and I am so happy I bought it. Everyone says charcoal is the best, but for a novice it can be intimidating. This grill makes things super simple.

Bought the 560 in August 2020 and actually messed up several cooks because I was over thinking using it. Coming from the charcoal pits and pellet grill world I was used to having to work at getting a good cook. I was applying my old processes to this guy and I couldn't have been more wrong! Once fall set in and I started trusting the 560 to do the work I started turning out excellent cooks. After a break over the winter and having time to think about the process the cooks have become FLAWLESS. Set it, ready the meat (or vegies), add the wood / charcoal and TRUST the unit to perform. No adding smoke tubes trying to add flavor. No fighting temperatures. No fighting drafts. No need for two zones to reverse sear. Monitoring cooks from a warm house over WiFi is a major added plus also. Now low/slow or extreme/hot/fast are both available to me. I don't really know if I should call the 560 a grill or a smoker. It is either one within 10 minutes or so. But as for my opinion, it's the best and grill, and best smoker I've ever owned for my needs.

I have had my 560 since June 2020. I have loved every minute of it. I had never smoked anything until my wife gave this to me for Father's Day. I was intimidated at first not knowing anything but it really is as simple as filling the hopper, lighting it up, and setting the temp. Donr forget to.pull the slides. I went from never smoking anything to using it at least once a week. My wife has already suggested getting the 1050 or 800 in the near future. Masterbuilt definitely made customers for life out of us.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
