I absolutely love the 1050. Its big enough to grill or smoke a lot of meat, vegetables and cook homemade pizza. The best Masterbuilt product I've ever had. I recommend this product to any that loves to grill. It's so easy to use and clean and made very well.

I bought my 1050 almost a year ago. Only problem was shipping destroyed it .I had completely reconstruct it after I received new parts for .other wise it a awesome grill

I came across the Masterbuilt 560 on a youtube channel and wanted one instantly. I've had mine for about a year already and it's hands down the most convenient grill out there.

Previous smoker was an offset stick burner and this makes it almost too easy. My only complaint is the firmware needs to be fixed but they say they are working on it.

For years I have struggled grilling and smoking good food with charcoal grills but after trying this Masterbuilt 1050 Digital Charcoal Grill + Smoker, life has been much easier and my family just love the results.

My parents bought this for me for a gift and it is one of the most amazing grills I have ever owned I would highly recommend this to anyone and I have an I've got a few people that are buying one because of my recommendation this grill is awesome it does it all and I love it

So I purchased the "560" thinking that I would add it to my collection, but honestly....I don't think I need any of the others anymore. While the "560" does have a few small kinks here and there, along with the app, the overall performance has been one of the best I have ever seen. It is easy, affordable, and mostly accurate. But the best thing is that it really is almost set-n-forget, leaving a lot more time with family and friends and spending less time constantly tending to the grill or smoker. And as a big bonus, not only does it perform like a pellet style smoker, it uses charcoal too which adds that 'missing' flavor that most pellet smokers lose out on. Overall, 5 stars from me....and I've been grilling and smoking for well over 40 years.....hands down the best value and quality versus price point!

I'm happy with this grill, but there are some issues with it, sometimes the fan does not follow the temperature settings : you set the grill temperature to go high and the fan does not kick in even though the grill temperature is lower than the setting, I reach out to customer service but no one responded back yet in almost 5 months

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
