Does everything. Grill and smoke. Used since December and uses alot. One downside. Had to bypass the lid switch due to problems. Took me 2 minutes. Dont let that deter you from buying one though

Awesome cooker. Holds temp very well. dialing the right amount of smoke flavor take a little time. only complaints I have are I can never get the WiFi to work right and I had one small flair up and it melted the lid sensor. But Masterbuilt has such great customer service we resolved this really quick. I love it so much I bought one for my little brother to play with.

I had been looking at the different models for a while and my lovely wife surprised me with the 800 version as a gift! Had some delivery damage but customer service was great about getting me replacement parts quickly. I did run into another minor problem later but again, it was taken care of quickly. Even with those temporary issues I have done everything from grilling/searing to long low n slow smokes. I honestly haven't used the griddle physically on the 800 but I've used it inside on my gas stovetop with great results and plan to use it on the 800 itself soon. I might make some minor modifications just for personal preference but overall very pleased with it and I haven't used my gas grill since!

I purchased my Gravity Series Charcoal Grill & Smoker in January and put her to use immediately. She held temps even in the cold Alberta winter. I've done prime rib roast, pork shoulder, pork belly burnt ends, spatchcock chickens, pork rib, beef ribs, steaks & burgers with great success. I really like the versatility and simplicity of this unit. My only knock would be that the remote app disconnects occasionally but not very often. A second probe would be a nice touch. My overall rating would be a 4.5/5

I previously owned a Weber Performer but wanted something bigger and a bit more versatile. The MB1050 has more than fit the bill and exceeded my expectations. I am enamored with this grill. I've cooked most of my favorites since purchasing my unit a few months ago. The ease of use has really made me want to grill more than I ever have. This unit will be one tough cookie to beat. Keep up the great work MB. Love, love, love this grill.

I've had my 1050 for about 10 months and I couldn't be happier with it. It was shipped with a dent in the lid but customer service was able to send me a new one very quickly. It's exceeded my expectations and I'm so glad I chose it over the other grills/smokers I was also considering. It's very easy to use and produces the most flavorful food I've ever been able to cook. I would 10/10 reccomend!

First smoker, exactly what I wanted and works amazingly well! It is a little difficult to put together, and the original screws that were sent weren't correct but a quick email to customer service had that fixed within days.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
