I bought the 1090 last year, and it's still going strong and is amazing, so I picked this up for the cabin, and it is even better!

So far so good. Everything I've cooked has turned out wonderful. Grill grates showed up broken, but Masterbuilt replaced as soon as they were back in stock. Would highly recommend.

I've had my gravity smoker and grill for almost a year now. I used to own a Masterbuilt electric smoker and man, what a difference in taste with the gravity series. I love making pizzas on the grill, and have smoked many different things including salmon, ribs, pork and beef. I don't love how fast it burns through fuel, or that the wifi connection is pretty spotty, but those are things that really aren't deal breakers for me because the output is so tasty!

I have had this about a year. I have used it on pork shoulders, pork chops, burgers, steaks and chicken wings (my favorite) Set the smoker to the temperature you want and walk away. Great smoke taste with none of the work. The only problem I have had, is I damaged the lower door gasket. (I set the smoker up real high to clean it, when I came back there was an error on the display...I overheated it) Also, it you are smoking wings for a lot of people, it is a little too small.

I picked up the 800 just a couple months ago after extensive research. Since then I've done dozens of cooks from beer can chicken to dino beef ribs and wagyu brisket and couldn't be happier! Being a lifetime profane backyard BBQ guy, I wanted to move to charcoal and also be able to smoke for the first time. The MB 800 is simple to use and puts out amazing food. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone!

This is the most fun piece of equipment to cook on that I have ever had by a huge margin. It will cook anything that you want to whether it's baking, smoking, grilling or searing. I'm expanding my cooking so much that I'm actually getting fat! Enjoy!

Compared to a pellet grill this has been a great experience, units holds temperature right on the money. Something that my pellet grill could not it, had a 40 to 50 degree swing. Food just seems to come out great. My only problem has been the switch for the main door but I've managed to repair it and Masterbuilt has a new one on the way to me. Had my Gravity smoker about 6 months now and no big problems. By this same time with my pellet smoker I had already given up, the company had replaced all components 3 times and it just would not hold a set temperature.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
