Love my Masterbuilt gravity fed but it has a tendency to start a grease fire. Need to add a drip pan under the meat to catch the grease. With some modifications it works great.

I have been looking for in all-in-one unit that can smoke, slow cook, grill and sear. This is the only product available and it works great. Just got the rotisserie attachment and I can't wait to try it out.

This grill has completely exceeded my expectations and has blown my mind with all its features. Not only does it making grilling a breeze, but it also gives everything I grill a great flavor that my entire family loves. This grill has the capability to make an entire 5 course meal. From appetizers, to any beef, chicken, or fish. and even pastries and desserts such as pies, etc. If you're on the fence about buying the grill, use this review as the sign you were waiting for and just go for it. I promise you wont regret it.

Recent purchase but I've already cooked Ribs (3, 2, 1 method), cured, slow smoked pork belly / sliced & griddled bacon, hamburgers, jalapeño hot dogs. I purchased the optional rotisserie and will be making a nice pork loin soon. Steak, chicken and more to follow but I have no doubt it will all turn out great! The quality of the Masterbuilt is really good and everything made using the 800 thus far has been excellent. I've had numerous grills, smokers (& griddles too) over the years. This is the best ever. Just be aware that your neighbors may demand you make extra based on smell alone!

Rave reviews from my smoked meats and and seared steaks all on one grill! Love being able to use charcoal and wood chunks to tailor to my perfect combo and the app to monitor and change temps from my phone is the icing on top. Makes it a little too easy to get great cooking out of it.

Best grill on the market. Hands down. I bought this grill a couple of months ago and have used it 5 times. Each and every time I am amazed. My friends can't believe it when it goes from 250 to 600 degrees in a matter of minutes. The materials and craftsmanship are top notch and rugged. If you're looking for a new grill, look no further. This is one b.a. grill.

I use this smoker for briskets and things requiring a long cook. I love that I can hold a precise temperature for low and slow cooking. However, my one caveat is that my machine routinely shuts off on its own -this is a replacement unit.

I have used my GM 1050 for about a month now. I have done brisket, ribs, chicken, meatloaf, steaks and even lasagna. This beast has all the control of a pellet smoker with the true smoke from an offset smoker. This will be MB's flagship. There are no others on the market like it and the flavor you get is amazing.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
