I bought this for Christmas, and have enjoyed it ever since. I've smoked brisket, ribs, salmon, ham, and prime rib on it over the past four months and it's been delicious every time. I love the fact I can use it to smoke one day and use it to grill the next. It has made my backyard less cluttered by only needing this bad boy rather than a smoker and a grill.

I absolutely love my smoker however I've not had much luck with the lid being rusted and the replacement damaged as well as the original.

I have done a couple cooks so far and the amount of smoke penetration it creates is intense! The product is well built and gets the job done. I've only noticed a small flaw in the chimney stack welds that are not completely sealed that allow for a small amount of smoke to escape.

I enjoy cooking on my 560 so much that I havent used my old gas grill in over a year. We have not only smoked some amazing cuts of meat but we also have made pizza and deserts. I look forward to using it.

I've had the MBGS 800 for a couple months now. This thing is amazing. It reminds me of the old Ronco Rotisserie commercials "just set it and forget it". Don't hesitate if you're on the fence, you won't be disappointed!

Mine never worked right for me. I have had it for a year and never had a chance to cook on it. No matter what I did it all ways throw a code 3 meaning it is over heating. Got it as a Fathers Day gift and haven't really used it.

I really love the 1050. This is my first time ever owning a smoker and I think I made a great choice. I also have used it as a grill. I purchased the manifold update and the water trough update. There is really one thing that has kept it from getting five stars and that is the smoker temperature sensor needs to be calibrated. I bought additional sensors from another manufacturer and performed the boiling water test on those to verify that the are accurate. The Masterbuilt smoker sensor measures about 40 higher than the temperature sensor I purchased. I'd rather not have to use the other sensor. Is there a way to adjust the temperature sensor? Thank you. Love your product. Oh, everyone has loved everything I have smoked so far, ribs, salmon, chicken wings, chicken thighs, pork butt, and more. I've also barbecued hamburgers and salmon. All came out great.

Love the grill for smoking, searing or anything in between. Lights and gets to temp fairly quickly and provides a good charcoal flavor. It does seem to use more charcoal than advertised and the app leave a little to be desired but I didn't buy it for the app. The cover is also a very nice high quality addition to the grill.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
