I love this grill. I think this is a very innovative idea. The shipping damage issue seems to be persistent and that is a pain.

Have used it as a grill, smoker, and oven. Comes up to temperature quickly and stays there. Cooks food evenly and with amazing flavor. Great spot to add room for parties, even during thanksgiving and Christmas used as an oven to free up some room. I love this thing.

I have cooked a meatloaf, burgers, pork butt and a chuck roast. So far so good. Lights pretty quickly and holds temp steady.

Ive tried numberous smoking/grill products, and this far exceeds my expectations. The ribs are just spot on, and the reverse sear steaks - you just cant get anywhere but in my back yard!

I bought this a month ago and have been really impressed. I sold my pellet grill after using the MB just a few times. The app does need an update though.

I absolutely love my 1050. Smoked ton of baby backs, and brisket. Nothing liked a grilled ribeye on this thing. The two problems I am having is it shuts itself off from time to time, and I have grease leaking all over my bottom shelf. I keep the grease catcher clean but grease is leaking from multiple spots. Other than that I would have given it 5 stars.

I love this pit... I am able to use charcoal and wood like a traditional barbecue put. The multiple ways to cook on this pit is absolutely perfect. Smoking is easy for brisket, ribs, pork belly and fish. The temperature control for grilling is a thing to behold 7mins to reach a temp of 700 degrees... fast searing and beautiful grill marks. And for the finale the iron griddle this unit comes with is top notch. But let's not forget about the rotisserie add on. True Master pit...

I have never smoked anything in my life which is weird because I have cooked just about anything and love bbq. So I bought your smoker, and got to rave about the warranty and customer service! My smoker was missing crates and I called you all up sent them a couple photos and they were in the mail and I had them within the week. so first time to use it, I smoked a 16lb brisket for 8 hours which I thought would of taken longer but it was amazing! Had all my bbq foodie friends over and they raved about it! It was simple easy to use, don't have to worry about the temp as it monitors and adjusts for you. I can't wait to try the rotisserie next! Has plenty of room to smoke turkey or 2-3 chickens! I am looking forward to the holidays this year! Even considering doing some amateur Competitions with it!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
