Bought this to replace an Oklahoma Joe's 3 in one that just wasn't cutting it as a charcoal grille. So glad I did. More than enough room for my griddles and whatever I'm cooking at the same time! Temperature control is super easy, so now my cooking is easier!

Super happy with all the food that has come off this smoker/grill. I've done everything from grilled vegetables to bacon wrapped meatloaf, it turned out great. Smoked chicken wings might be our fave!

One of the hardest things to accurately control in cookers is temperature. The Gravity 560 accurately maintains a cooking temperature, but easily and very quickly adjusts from a low temperature to a high temperature. It makes reverse searing a simple event, yielding excellent results

This is a great grill/smoker. I love that it can get to 700 degrees easily. Makes high heat grilling a cinch. Very good smoked barbecue as well. I highly recommend it.

I bought my 1050 on one of the early releases last year through bbqguys. This thing is a game changer in the bbq world. The ease and convenience of a pellet grill yet you are able to burn charcoal and real wood. I have ran stick burner all my life and this beast is basically a stick burner with a control panel doing all the work of maintaining temp. It's like getting DVR for the first time. There's no turning back!

I do love the way this cooks. It is nice to put your food on wake up the next morning and it is still going. There is only one thing I don't like and that is the sensors. I started it up one night and when I woke up the next morning and it was off. I thought the fan was bad but it turned out to be the sensor. Maybe make them a little bit more heavy duty.

Great option for a charcoal smoker. With the automatic temp control this is a fantastic choice for anyone wanting the advantages of a smoker with the convenience of auto control. Unlike popular pellet smokers, you get the full smoke results from the charcoal briquettes and lump charcoal used in this smoker. Plus, you can pump up the sear/grille temp to 700 degrees in a matter of minutes. Top it all off with a very nice price and you've got a winner!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
