Only complaint is, I wish I bought a bigger model to cook enough for the whole family during gatherings. Great for who lives in the house, but when friends and family come over it gets a tad crowded

I have had this less than a month and only smoked a pork shoulder and grilled/griddled some burgers, but I can already tell this grill is amazing! If you love smoked and slow cooked meat, if you love an amazing sear or even if you want to cook on the griddle, this thing is a beast! I cooked burgers and bacon on a 600 degree griddle... Maybe the best burger I've ever eaten. Auto temp control was a little up and down the first time or two I used it, but by the third run, it was holding strong. The app is pretty basic and a little clunky, but it keeps me informed of the temperature of the grill and the meat probe. I've previously used a BGE for years, and it was great as a smoker, not so much as a grill.... This one does it all. Easy to start, easy to cook, easy to cleanup.

The unit cooks good but it's not built to last. Have had issues with safety switches and the control.

I bought this smoker about 2 months ago. I took my time, reading forums about it and started assembling it slowly. Each day assembled a few parts. after I got it all together and seasoned, the first time I tried it, I knew I was in love with it. I have never had a charcoal grill or smoker that was just a "set it and forget it" kind of cooker. Now I do! I am So glad I purchased this smoker. I had looked at several others, and was about to bite the bullet on one of the "other" brands. I noticed these in the store and started doing my research on them. The more I read, the more I knew this was for me. Now I have 3 friends who are planning on purchasing one after seeing the outcome of my ribs, my steaks, and my chickens. My next "new to me on this smoker" cook will be a pork shoulder. This smoker is so easy to master, and gives the perfect taste to all the food that goes thru it.

Hands down the best father's day gift EVER. My lady knows how much time and effort I put in the grilling and smoking but this unique design has made my backyard life so much easier. Definitely purchasing the upgrade in the future. Thanks for everything!

I bought this about 3 months ago and love it. Easy to start and easy to maintain and the food tastes great. Had a Traeger before but the food is better and it is just as easy.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
