I bought this cover about a month or two ago and I fits perfectly. Even in the bad wind storm we had it never moved. It keeps my smoker nice and dry.

The gravity series grill is now the focal point of my backyard. I love showing other people how fast I can get the temp up and grill over open flames. The digital controls have worked great for me. There's plenty of room when cooking for a crowd. It's exactly what I was looking for... an easy to operate charcoal grill

I've had my 560 for about a year now. All 3 of my door switches have melted. The inside of my hopper has already burned holes thru it. Outside of that, this grill has given me the most pleasurable grilling I've ever had. I've owned a Weber for 22 years and a Traeger for a couple of years but this Gravity fed smokes and grills the best meat ever. I'm not an average grilled. I grill at least 4 times a week,therefore I've put forth many many hours in front of a grill but again, the Gravity Series just does a better job than any other grill I've ever owned. Maybe I can continue to fix this one and keep using it

almost a year into having this smoker. I have done "0" mods. this smoker can make the "learning to smoke" easy. highly recommended.

I've been looking for a smoker for many years that would add layers of flavour, At the same time not requiring me to watch the pit at all times... The master built gravity series has done just that! When I say that changed my life I was not joking,This now allows me to run a business With high quality food, With a high quality the machine, that did not cost me much to buy.. When you add the convenience of also being able to get up to high temperatures fast to use it as a grill, Well there's where it beats all other competitors! Whether I win a prize or not this is my honest opinion, And I would recommend this to anyone on the planet that wants real high quality food, with real flavour, at a good price!!

I love this smoker, grill, griddle. Use it 2-3 times a week. No issues to report. Haven't used the griddle yet. Hopefully soon!

Purchased two weeks ago and and cooked my first Brisket Saturday night. A 12 lb brisket done in 10 hours. I checked on the smoker every 2 hours but this thing didn't need me. Once I get a few cooks under my belt I just let this thing go . The app allows me to adjust temperature if needed from my recliner.

I just recieved my masterbuilt gravity series 800 and was exited to put it together and use it. I got almost done with putting it together and im missing the heat manifold support. You cant call masterbuilt you can only submit it on their website and it says it can take up to 5 days for them to even reply! Im not happy about that!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
