When I bought my 800 I had high hopes for how great it would be, and let me tell you it did not disappoint! I grill, griddle, or smoke something every weekend and all it does is churn out good food. It's so easy to use that my teenagers are learning to use it too. It has quickly become the topic of conversation with my friends, and they are out buying their own! I can't recommend it enough!

I spent alot of time putting the grill together only to find out its defective!!! Very disappointed right now

The grill just randomly shuts off at times. No warning on the app ... no error message on the grill. I will check my app after an hour or two and realize the app is disconnected. I go to the grill and it is shut off. This lack of reliability has ruined several of my cooks. I should be able to set it and forget it for several hours. I shouldn't have to babysit the grill and make sure it is not shutting down. The firebox walls are crumbling from the heat of the area. This is after just 3-4 months of cooks. The walls are literally falling apart The fan is extremely loud and rattling. I opened a warranty claim and they closed it saying the issues were cosmetic. Inferior product. Inferior customer service

The concept of this grill is awesome. I returned it because the fan stopped working after two weeks. Easter morning I was ready to smoke a turkey turned it on and the fan wouldn't start. Grill won't lite. Had to throw the turkey in the oven. I wasn't to happy with that. So I returned the grill the next day very upset. The good news. Like I said I loved the grill set it and leave it. I bought the 1050 works good thus far. Glad I decided to go with the 1050 this time. You can't find anything in the stores for the 800. Rotisserie forget it. Master built doesn't even have one. Surprisingly the have one for the 560 and the 1050 but not the 800. Was the 800 a after thought? Grill cover you may get lucky to find it in the store. I had to order mine because it wasn't available at any store I went to, but the other models were. Customer service is definitely not good.I pray nothing happens to this one. Trying to talk to someone in customer support . Hang up the phone and try to resolve the issues yourself.

So excited to have my Masterbuilt Gravity 800 unit. Steaks are so juicy and flavorful on this grill. I have made BBQ chicken and that was awesome too. Enjoying all the features and couldn't be happier with my purchase.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
