I heard about this grill from a coworker and was instantly hooked. Although it was hard to come by (due to demand), it was worth the wait. A grill, a smoker, a griddle?! This thing does it all! So easy to use and clean. I could've gone with other brands, but Masterbuilt has yet to disappoint. I have to admit after having this grill for the short time I have, I'm considering using this exclusively vs my Masterbuilt electric smoker. If you're looking for an elite class grilling experience, give these people your money now!

Not only I had a big thank you from my husband who I bought the grill for, got a big nod from a group of his friends who are also grill enthusiasts. One of his friends got the same grill for his father last month. We also purchased the same one for my father-in-law just last week for Father's Day. It may seem pricey initially but the investment is well worth it for anyone who is open to trying not just usual fish and meat but also Mac n cheese, pizza, etc. One of the best purchases we've made during the pandemic.

I shopped around for a charcoal grill and after researching finally settled for the Masterbuilt 560. What a great choice!!! This grill is unbelievable with all that it can do!!! Cook anything you want, just set the temperature and time and then sit back and watch the magic!!!!!

Grill arrived and did not work after I put it together, so no 5 stars. However the troubleshooting procedure was done well enough to get the right part from Masterbuilt which they shipped out almost fast. Once working, it is wonderful, awesome and a whole bunch of really really nice all rolled into one. I can cook with charcoal and wood chips/chunks in not much time at all or I can smoke for hours and hours, I love it, and it works great!

I have a new Gravity 800. Following the user manual, It wont light the charcoal. Customer service wont talk to me unless I register the grill. The process for registration is not user friendly - wont accept my images. No number to call. I wish I have known this before purchasing.

Bought the vertical grill, cover and a few other accessories. So far been very pleased with all. Masterbuilt has made using charcoal easy to manage. Thanks Masterbuilt

I have had the grill for a little over and month, and I am really enjoying it. The seasoning went great, if you follow the step by step instructions you will be alright. I have used the griddle, I have done long and short smokes, and also some searing. All of which were crazy easy with the set-it-and-forget-it temperature feature. Also love the charcoal flavor you get with the griddle. Over all very impressed with the product and worth the wait.

The smoker works great for long cooking periods and quicker dishes. Thank you all the recipes on the net. I am still lean about lighting the coals. I am very satisfied with your well made product. In the item description, it states that it's compatible with the Gravity 800 which is not the case. Way to go Masterbuilt!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
