Simple to use keeps temp almost perfect very pleased customer service can be a pain but if you email with a number they will get back to you and make it right.Also there product didnt crap out on me it was user error and they still up held the warrenty very pleased. Buy this grill you wont be disappointed

I've owned some great machines that are the "best thing." Whoever invented this Grill is a Genius! I bought the griddle+grill+smoker. Plenty of cooking space. This cooker is more awesome than I expected. Once it's set up, it's easier than oven grillin' and cooks better…even-temperatures all across the grill. I smoked 5 sausage links spread across the grill surface and didn't have to move 'em around…they were all cooked the same. I bought the cover, rotisserie kit, and rib rack and and still, the cost was 1/3rd of a ceramic (stone-aged) cooker.

I have cooked hamburgers smoked brisket and pork butts and I am telling you it works perfectly every time. I love it and can't say enough great things about it

Very easy to use smoker. Lights up in about 7 minutes and you are ready to start smoking.

I was going to build a smoker in my back yard out of an old brick oven that I was never going to use until I visited the house of a friend of mine. He had one of the Gravity Series smokers and used it to make us 3 different meats, 3 different sides, rolls, and dessert. I knew when I saw him checking temps on his smartwatch that I was doomed to purchase my own. I haven't been able to screw up a meal yet.

Purchased about a month ago. Easy assembly. Need to watch YouTube assembly & follow set up manual. Had some issues lighting it for the first time as the fan would not work. After contacting Masterbuilt & following their instructions the grill worked great. Would have given it 5 stars if I was able to speak to a person on the phone. The only way to contact them is via email.

I love my new grill, made a slab of ribs on it last night and they were much more tender than my previous charcoal grill. Had one hiccup though, the fan wouldn't come on so I did some basic troubleshooting, I pulled out my pocket knife and gave the blade a spin and she took off, just had a little charcoal in it.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
