Masterbuilt Pizza Oven Insert for Gravity Series 800 & 1050 Models - MB20181722

Works great ! Lasted longer and kept grill away from the elements compared to other covers I've seen and used for other smoker grills.

Since I have gotten the 800 series Grill/Smoker/Griddle and it's been non stop cooking. I love the ease at starting it and amazed at how fast it gets up to temperature. My kids enjoy me cooking on it and love to choose different wood types to smoke with for what we are cooking. Even have done breakfast on it (Eggs, Bacon, Biscuits). Will be trying a dessert very soon.

I've had this 800 for 3 years now. Covered outside with the Masterbuilt cover. I have used it year-round with no problems . Hoping it lasts 3 more years!!!

I originally had a very nice pellet smoker but I couldn't grill with. Plus I couldn't get the smoke I wanted. With the gravity 800 I can sear a steak or do a computer temperature controlled smoked brisket.

I've had this smoke for about three years. It had sooo much promise, sooo much potential. Then Masterbuilt screwed it up. Let's see if I can remember all that's wrong with it. Door switches are in the worst spots, they gunk up almost immediately, everyone jumps them out. There's a grate below the charcoal stack to ignite the stack from underneath. This does not work. You need to completely empty the stack, start the coals in a traditional coal starter and drop them into the stack. The controller is only good to set temperature, no other features work. Poor connectivity to WiFi. Have to use a stand alone WiFi meat thermometer. Shelf space on the front is comical, like 5" wide. Gasket on the lid for the stack fell apart, so there has been no seal. Masterbuilt's customer service is non-existent. Most people take this smoker, strip all the crappy components and buy secondary venders accessories to build them back into the smoker they were intended to be.

I live on an island so I see high winds, rain, and snow. The cover for my smoker has held up for two plus years without any wear and tear. My gas grill (non Masterbuilt) needs to be replaced every other year.

Cover provides adequate protection for the rain in the elements. The only problem is if you don't have a covered area where you cook, the sun can be pretty brutal on the cover, and it deteriorates fairly quickly becoming brittle and therefore easy to tear would recommend for covered cooking areas otherwise expect it to deteriorate quickly.

I really love this rotisserie kit. It's awesome with a Costco pork loin that you can grill and base just the right temperature to perfection.. Equally it good for Picanha.

Had mine for three years and I love it. 200° to 500° usabilty. Smoked meats to seared steaks perfect every time. The griddle insert is great for big breakfasts or taco dinners. Oh my the smahburgers are always a crowd pleaser too!
