Be prepared to buy a lot of charcoal but you get to grill like a professional!

I bought this about 3 months ago. The only suggestion I have is display should have been another color than blue. Terrible in sun light. Maybe green or red.

Brought 560, unpacked and major damage. Replaced by local store whom had a 2nd unit in same state. Manufacturing plant clearly has issues. Anyhow, 2 cooks in with lump and results great. Top hopper seal looks a little deformed, will warch this. App is a pain. Disconnects all the time, cant name probes and has no history or graphing like other probe apps. Had controller atop after 2hrs,lost all timers and temp dropped way down until noticed. Also, probe temp not syncing with app, 165 on controller, 149 on app. Probe temp differd from 3rd party probe. All in all, happy but with big room for improvements..bring them on !

These are the best ive tried. Better than royal oaks. Tgey burn forever and my 560 comes up to temp fast.

We purchased our Gravity 1050 about a year ago and we love everything about it EXCEPT, the gasket/seal on the smoker box is warped beyond belief! You would think that it would be of better quality as much as it cost. Wondering if anyone else had had the same issue? I'm sure we can replace it, it's just that this is disappointing when you haven't even had the grill very long and have used it only a handful of times.

After picking up the whole Package including the lump charcoal, cover and starters, I was excited to start cooking! This thing does not disappoint! I took it up to 700* to assure great grill marks and a nice char flavor, and it's awesome! Then, I popped the Flat Top on and made Steak Sandwiches which were over the top delicious! I'm so glad I made this purchase! Every meal is just what I expect, delicious and easy to cook on my Gravity Series 800! Thanks, Masterbuilt!

Best grill I've ever purchased, holds temp fantastically. I've cooked pork butts, chicken quarters, potatoes, and burgers and all turned out great.

Love that the Gravity Series 800 includes a flat-top griddle. The setup of the manifold for the griddle is easy and it heats evenly for the most part. Overall, I love the unit and have enjoyed using it for smoking, grilling, and griddling. The phone app is really handy and makes it easy to monitor your cook. The only minor complaint is that the metal used on the lid and box seems a bit thin.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
