I've had this smoker for about nine months now. It holds a lot of meat and is pretty consistent. It's good but it does have its flaws. First, the app is pointless without being about to monitor the internal meat temp. It would also be nice to monitor temp in different locations on the grill, but not necessary. Second, the fire box is super thin and will burn through. Do yourself a favor and buy an aftermarket liner for the inside of the fire box. I didn't install mine until after it burnt through, just so I could see how many cooks it would last. Seven. Seven cooks before it burnt through. I would say something about the hopper grate but that's been fixed for 2021. When I use briquettes, it will not extinguish in a timely matter. Using lump is a different story. When I shut it down and put the plates back in, I can literally put the cover back on in about 2 hours. I really like mine. I think it could be a outstanding product, if they could fix some of the issues I mentioned.

Take your time when putting together, don't rush. I found it relatively straight forward but I can see that some folks could have quite a challenge on their hands. Get you some help if need be. As far as functionality, this baby hits the mark! Easy to start, and easy to operate. Only thing is I wish the charcoal chute was taller! Definitely worth the purchase price!

Tried a small whole chicken to test the rotisserie out. Would not turn completely around. Rechecked to make sure the chicken was balanced and tried again. Still be no luck. Finally after seeing the "defective rotisserie " video, I got the chicken to turn completely around. Then Thanksgiving came and could not get the rotisserie to turn the turkey completely around. Very disappointed in this purchase. Save your money and spatchcock your birds instead.

So far it's been really great. The griddle didn't get as hot as I thought, maybe I didn't do something right. Plan on smoking a pork butt this week. Was easy to assemble, just follow the instructions step by step.

Heavy duty, but easy on easy off. Stays put without even tying the bottom. Looks great and easy to clean off.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
