I've really enjoyed this product. It's been great and done everything really well. Only reason for the 4 stars, is because it came dented in several places that made assembly difficult.

Wow - I have had two Pellet grills prior - both good brands, but nothing compared to how easy this grill is to use and how quick it gets to temperature. I did a 10 lb. brisket as my first cook. Marinated it overnight, put it on early next morning for about 10 hours at 220 degrees. Melt in your mouth results. Then did a whole chicken, and the grill went from the outside temperature of 49 degrees F to 350 F in 3 minutes once fan turned on. That would have took 20 minutes on a pellet grill. I am using lump charcoal at present. The Wifi is really easy to set up and use as well.

Purchased back in May of 2020. Have had some great smokes and grills with this. When it works, it works great. It's almost impossible to beat the flavor. It has been garage kept and covered. My biggest frustration is the inconsistency of the 1050 starting up and working. There is nothing more frustrating than being ready to grill and the fan won't work. I've had issues multiple times with the fan not working and with now three cases. The 2nd case they sent me a lengthy list of tests and stuff to run on it to diagnose whats wrong. I totally respect that, but they are very lengthy and time consuming. There needs to be a way to just purchase the replacement parts without running all of these tests. I just want my grill running. No matter what the cost is for replacement parts. My second case resulted in me not figuring out what was wrong with the grill and now the grill just sits in my garage. Hopefully Masterbuilt will allow people to purchase replacement parts. Would be nice to have them on standby whenever something stops working.

Put 2 - 5 lb turkey breasts on the rotisserie and it started to turn and then stopped and would not work again. Will be returning

I purchased this several months ago and was very excited to step up my smoker game. I had zero issues for a couple months, and then it started. Multiple toggle switch failures due to either melting or just malfunctioning. These always happen at the worst time and if you are unfamiliar probably have a couple hours into troubleshooting. Next thing that failed is the fan. Why on earth there is a plastic fan attached to something that can reach 700 degress I will never know. Needless to say, the back blades of the fan melted and were causing issues with its operation. Very disappointed with the amount of troubleshooting and replacements I have had to do on what is essentially a brand new smoker. Will not purchase again.

used grill once and broke down would not heat up they sent me parts still not good waiting for more parts a lot of money for some thing I can not use

I bought the rotisserie in hopes of cooking the Thanksgiving turkey on it. I did a couple chickens to fine tune my technique and here are my thoughts. I have the 800 and the first thing I noticed is that the middle shelf does not fit back in the grill with the bracket for the right side of the rotisserie. That means you have to fully assemble the thing each time you want to use it, or leave the middle shelf out. You can shove it in there backwards but it is something that was obviously overlooked when designing the hardware. Second thing. It's only rated to 20lbs which I think is generous. I had an 18lb turkey and no matter how centered I had the weight it would not spin it. I tried for an hour. Ended up spatchcocking the bird. Chickens come out great and I suppose other lighter items would too. So the once a year thing I bought it for specifically it will not do but now I have it and I'll make the best of it.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
