This equipment is a pile of junk and I should have reviewed this trash before I purchased it. Let's see where do I start…maybe the stupid thing is saying the grill is open when it's not, the fan is like the little engine that tried and couldn't….oh and no matter how little wood you add..it's just gonna flame and never smolder. Put it in the ash bin you say…HAAA that's an even bigger joke. My mother bought this for me for Christmas and it costs a lot of money and it's basically a huge paperweight. I will NEVER purchase from this brand again

After 2 years everything still works well. Excellent performance. Love the feedback loop control of the fan and how quickly and accurately it maintains the temperature. Don't have to wait an for the charcoal to heat up before cooking... ready in 5 minutes. I expect the contact switches to go out in time as they sit in smoke and heat, but so far in 2 years everything works after extensive use.

Used it 3 times.It's the best smoker/grill I have ever owned. Used a lot grills and smokers in my life from Home cooking to competition wild game cook offs. Worry free grilling.hold temps steady within 5 degrees + or -. My only regret is not getting the larger 1050

There appears to be a weight max on the kit. I put a 12lb turkey on it and it would only rotate 1/4 way and then rotate a 1/4 back. Neve mad a full rotation or even a half rotation.

The rotisserie gets hot and stops rotating. Once started it will rotate, as it warms up it will start with a back and forth motion then stop completely. Customers service is great, they have sent me a new motor but it does the same thing. Will have to look for something better.

Great smoker and grill! Everything I have made on it has turned out absolutely perfect. I upgraded from a masterbuilt electric smoker which I kept and still use but wanted something I can get over 275 degrees and like the griddle.

Very disappointed in this grill. More difficult to use than it is worth. Difficult to put together. Difficult to start. Should have stuck to the electric smoker and Weber grill. Unless you are a master smoker/griller I would avoid buying this unit.

I want to love it but there is a design flaw, not enough clearance between the rod and the motor, it binds and unscrew the attachment from the motor.

The shaft stops turning then goes the other detection and in screws the mounting shaft it will do this even if the mountains shaft is not tight

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
