I found the motor to be the problem with the rotisserie stalling, after making clearance in the adapter to be no help, I removed the motor from the smoker, plugged it in and let it run, after a few minutes, the motor itself started binding, I let the motor run 45 minutes or so,and the motor ran as it should, both ways.

We are loving this grill! Smoked a brisket and pork butt and grilled some burgers. Still waiting to get the rotisserie so we can try that out.

I love the rotisserie kit I just don't like that sometimes it stops working and I have to loosen the screw on it for it to start working again.

Works great tried it out with two 4-5 pound chickens at once. Not problem with the chickens continuously turning, they didn't slip at all and not turn. Very easy instillation and sep-up.

The idea works great when it is working at the start, however it breaks quickly. Build quality is just to low, so to be replacing after 18months doesn't seem value for money. Electronic panel went, so smoker keeps turning itself off. Its meant to go to higher temps but if you go past 350 instant flames. One three min fire melted switches and destroyed all the metal. For a grill designed to go to 500 degrees I thought it would be made to handle heat not instantly fall apart. Rivets broke, screws snapped etc. All of this was while this was garage kept in the first year. 5months outside with their cover destroyed it.

The rotisserie bound up on the first use. Hope it did not burn out the motor. Watched u tube video and seems to be a manufacturing problem. I had to shorten the coupler shaft about an 1/8 inch to get rotisserie to rotate when installed on the unit.

When I first got the grill, I had loved everything about it (I still do). Problem is that the grill works (for me) about 50% of the time. This grill comes with a 1 year warranty and it has been inoperable for almost half the warranty time. Since the website to open tickets keeps throwing errors, I have to do everything by email. i.e., I write I have a problem, they reply back in a few days, try this. I reply with what I have done, they ask in a few days to try that. I would highly recommend you fix the website to open issues AND create a hotline.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
