I had some problems getting this grill in working order but ultimately got it together. Seasoning the grill is VERY important... All that being said every grill has been PERFECT. No joke is has been a total game changer. PERFECT sear... PERFECT flavor... Just great all around. I highly recommend.

This grill is an example of physics meeting engineering. I can control the temp to +\- one degree and sear up to 700 degrees. Assembly was straight forward and instructions were wonderfully illustrated. Great job Masterbuilt!

It's been a few months I've had this grill. And it was amazing for like the first week. Eventually the fan stopped working for whatever reason. It took literally until the end of summer/early autumn to finally get a replacement fan. I used it again for about a week and then one of the sensors in the main hatch stopped working so it would Never get up to 700 degrees anymore for searing, maybe around 350 max. Cold weather came, I waited the winter and just pulled it out again. Was the same as before years end and then next day I tried to use it the fan wouldn't turn on again, and the problem is still there. When it works it's amazing, but it has rarely worked in the months I did have it and was a very expensive paper weight. Just proof that any time you make something electric, full of sensors and complicated parts , it just means it's more likely To fail.

The lower door on the hopper doesn't have real hinges for some reason, just a couple of welds. They broke off during first cook off. Let's see how masterbuilt stands behind their product.

I have had my 560 for a year. I love it, if I had found this first I would not have bought a pellet grill. Masterbuilt Gravity grills are the only way to cook steaks. I have bought a new 1050 that I get tomorrow. I needed more room to cook on.

This grill is so easy to cook with it almost takes the fun out of grilling, almost! with that being said after 2 uses the controller went bad and after several emails back and forth with customer service and giving them all the information they asked for they stopped responding to my emails and would not get back to me. So now I have ordered a new controller from another source that I had to pay for. Like I said I love how the grill cooks but the customer service is pitiful.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
