I likeI like you alls example statement in the review section! How about say "I've had this grill a little under a YEAR" because that's how long I've had mine and it's trash now! The whole second from the bottom section is rusted out putting white poison stuff on my FOOD! I've PROBABLY POISONED MY FAMILY AND I BECAUSE OF IT! The metal rusted out and there's this nasty white crap getting everywhere!!!! I'm so disappointed in your product! I have pics to and the inside of the grill looks 10 YRS OLD!! MAKE THE SHOOT OUT IF STAINLESS AND CHARGE 1-200 MORE. I will tell all 6,000 of my HVAC customers because my customers trust my opinion because I don't sell them junk. THIS IS JUNK! A grill should last over a yr, PERIOD!

I got the 800 series around Christmas. Used it a total of 7 times and then boom! It stopped working. I've returned it since and received my money back. I'm planning on buying another. I hope I don't have the same problem again especially for such an expensive grill

Bought 6-7 months ago. Have had nothing but problems. 2 of the safety switches already went out, now half of the digits on the controller are missing segments. Cant tell what temp your setting grill at.

I have used my 560 at least 10 times since I purchased it and it love the grill/smoker. I made my best set of ribs ever! Smoked 3 chickens at once and they turned out great. The app is terrible because it only works 1 out of 3 times. I reinstall the orange app and it worked great when I smoked the 3 chickens using 3 temperature probes. Today I am smoking a pork butt and the app says it is connected but no information is available. I restarted my phone, restarted the app received a message it the smoker is connected, but there is not any temp or time information available. Love the smoker hate the app.

I don't know how there's so many positive reviews everyone I know hear from cannot get these gravity smokers to work reliably. You spend more time frustrated with The buggy technology that does not work. It would be less frustrating to dig a hole in the ground and scavenge some wood in cook it like a caveman.

Threads for insert were fouled, had to chase with a tap. Seems to catch sometimes and have trouble turning. Worked ok but worried about how long it will last.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
