First time used to season Temp sensor doesn't seem to work set at 250 and fan was full blast and temp had to be over 500-600 degrees and display said it was 130 degrees also kept getting error that fire wasn't started even thought it clearly was

Hope a cookbook is in the works dedicated to this grill.
Easy to use and accommodates many different methods of cooking.
Absolutely love this grill!! Holds consistent temps, and super quick to come up to temp!
Great product, one square lights my chimney of charcoal easily. No chemical smells or odors. I highly recommend this product.
I've been happy so far and it's been a good replacement for my gas grill and it might also replace my pellet grill
something was wrong with the power adapter, it would'nt power up. it wasn't a source power issue because i tested it and other devices power up fine........i am sure masterbuilt is a wonderful product for some but for me its been a flippin nightmare......rotisserie kit didn't work and i had to replace every component on my 1050 gravity series to get it to work, straight out of the box.
I bought this grill/smoker for memorial day weekend '22. Did a little bit of research and, even after seeing some less than good reviews, decided to go with it for it's features and contemporary design. I really wanted to love it, since it is my first charcoal grill in years. First two times of use and it worked flawlessly - the controlled temp on this charcoal/wood grill is what really cemented my love for it. But for my third grill session, I noticed the digital display was malfunctioning. The display was barely visible, but I attributed it to the glare since it was a sunny day. The module still worked fine via the app on my phone. Use #4 - I noticed the fan was working intermittently without reaching my desired temp. It took my almost an hour and a half to cook 4 pork chops. Digital display was completely out this time. Today I'm using it again to smoke a rack of ribs - 5th use of the grill. The display is still out, but the fan seem to work as it should this time around. Full disclosure - I clean the grates after every use with common grill tools and use the Masterbuilder cover since day 1. It's stored under a gazebo where the FL rain can't reach it. I also exclusively use hardwood lump charcoal. I would still recommend it and will give the warranty a chance, maybe I just got a bad unit. I still think it is an amazing grill and I'm planning to keep it for a long time provided that my issue is fixed (until I upgrade for the bigger version)

It hasn't even been at our house for more than 3 months and it already won't even turn on. For the price of this it is ridiculous it didn't even make it through the summer. It's Fourth of July. We had plans and people relying on us. We haven't even used the thing 20 times. This is infuriating. We will NEVER buy a product from them again.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
