Great grill! You get the best of both worlds! All thought it's not recommended I put her together by myself. Very heavy grill but once it's together it's very fun to use!

I bought my grill about a year ago, when I first got it it was great, for grilling and smoking, unfortunately I'm having issues with the fan already. It will turn on, but it won't go above the low setting, so I can't use the sear feature anymore. I've been unable to fix the issue.

I recently just purchased the griddle for my Masterbuilt 1050 gravity! Wow what a Game changer! From the design, to how easy it is to assemble it's easy and fast! So far my family and I are very happy to be part of the Masterbuilt family! So if you haven't purchased one yet I highly recommend to get yourself one.

I have had my 800 series for 2 months now and have smoked brisket, pork butts, ribs etc. I have grilled all kinds of stuff and used the griddle as well. I have been smoking and grilling for over 40 years and this thing is by far the best I have ever had. I took some time to assemble it just because that is what I do but it was easy. I started off using charcoal but have gone to lump for better results. Adding wood to either the ash bucket or the hopper produces a great flavor for smoking. This thing is awesome.

Unusable out of the box because the fittings are too tight. You have to go to youtube and find some videos on how to file down some of the fittings to get it to work, otherwise it won't rotate. You shouldn't have to do this with a brand new OEM product.

Picked up the gravity series 1050 about two months ago and I cannot stop using it. Now I got the griddle to go in it and cook breakfast and tortillas and much much more. I give this a five star because it's a grill and smoker griddle all in one. Very happy with this master built Did fantastic on this item. I highly recommend.

I have had mine for around 12 months. Great BBQ let down by simply awful App. The convenience of an App to set cooking temp and probes etc should make using the BBQ a great experience. Unfortunately its the exact apposite - constantly trying to trouble shoot the app in not fun.

Gives an excellent flavor to multiple types of meat and is very self-sustaining! I only check on the food when I need to flip it or fill the charcoal hopper! Absolute pain to put together, but it's worth it!

Had this all summer. Used it many times and have had great results. I am a rookie. The app is infuriating!!! It will lose connection and not reconnect. I have tried other phones, iPads, etc. It is nerve wracking.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
