I would love to review the unit, but it arrived with the wrong right front leg. I've been trying to get this part from "Customer Service" for almost two months with no luck. The grill has been sitting upside down in my garage since I started putting it together.....

I have had this grill, the gravity series 800, and been able to use it for less than a year. After about 6mm months of light use and regular care (covering after cooling, keeping dry etc...) it just started showing an error4 which according to the site means that the charcoal is failing to ignite and the fan was not triggering. I looked in the hopper and it was actually very well ignited. I contacted customer service and though cordial, the responses were slow less than helpful. 6 months after contacting them and several replacement parts later the grill is still not working. At this point since I'm tired of fighting with it I either want a refund or replacement of the expensive defective paperweight. If you're searching for a Grill, this one may be tempting but be sure to make note that if you experience any issues it will be an uphill battle to get any help. Best bet is to steer clear and get something cheaper. You would think for the price masterbuilt would be more careful with their reputation.

Poor Quality, holds water and rusts. App connectivity is poor even with excellent WiFi signal. Painted surfaces come off on the first cook and grills started rusting. Additionally the charcoal box is not weather tight so it just holds water making everything rust. The fasteners are not of high quality stainless steel and rust. Basically it's really expensive and not made from poor quality materials. In Florida you can't use a grill cover because they hold moisture in. This one you just use it to keep water out and then you are going to hold moisture in allowing everything to rust. Overall, unless you keep this inside (when not in use) or it doesn't rain where you are I don't recommend getting it.

Very happy with my purchase, was about to buy another pellet smoker and am happy I've made the switch. Put through its paces as I have about 20 hours on the grill in the first 2 weeks and hasn't skipped a beat.

I bought this two days ago and it is a VERY disappointing purchase. The Controller will not display any functions. I've done all the troubleshooting steps in the instruction booklet and on the web site. I've submitted the support request and registered the product. I think that it is very unacceptable to have to wait 3 to 5 days for someone to get back to you for assistance on a product. Why put a phone number on the instruction booklet if there is no one on the other end. and where is the chat function? The heat manifold screws won't tighten. This is a very disappointing purchase

Nice, quality material that feels like it might last. But the cinch cord grips are not strong enough to hold - when the cord is pulled tight, they slip right back out.

Wouldn't even turn with a 5lb chicken on it. Would only turn a half turn then stop. Don't waste money on it.

The assembly is straight forward but takes time. I believe it says 1:45, I didn't do mine all at once but it's probably about right. Lighting the charcoal…I use a propane torch for about 30 seconds and this gets briquette started. Have also used heating element type starter squeezed between grate that holds the charcoal and the hopper above. It's amazing how quickly the temperature can be adjusted. So far I'm just getting g used to cooking on this but look forward to doing more and more!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
