I've cooked about 20 different times on this so far. It is hard to get going most of the time. I've never been able to get it to hook up to the app. There is no phone support for any help with the product. Ashes are everywhere. Because the ash can is way too small for the size of the hopper. Once you get the grill going though it's pretty awesome. I bought this Grill for the convenience and it's been nothing but the opposite.

I've had it less then 2 years and I have had to replace the control twice it's a great product except it would be nice if the control would not go out

Smoke,grill, and sear all with one grill. I love the charcoal flavor of grilling, now it's almost as easy as a gas grill.

Bought the 800 late fall and have used it 3 times a week for quick steaks, chops, chicken and what ever. The lid limit switch failed within weeks and replaced it with and industrial switch. I write this review to warn you cannot use cheap charcoal at low temps......the temp does not burn the charcoal completely and the fan pressue is so low it wont break up the ash. This action results in the unit stops feeding the charcoal and the temp is reduced and stops cooking the meat. Agt high Temps using cheap Charcoal (Royal Oak "Classic") no issues at all - the fan pressure breaks up the ash and the charcoal falls into the burn chamber. The issue isn't so much the Gravity Feed its the Charcoal at low temps. Low Temp is 225 -275 the ideal brisket and Pork Shoulder Temps. ** Buy Good Lump Charcoal and save the Cheap Charcoal for burgers and steaks. The Grates are non stick nice - the control is ok. I would buy again.

This product it awesome, I do alot of smoking homemade sausages and jerky along with brisket and all that good stuff! And the best feature I really like is being able to use charcoal, wood chunks for that awesome great smoked flavor! Forget the propane and pellets this is the wall to go!!

I got a 1050 a year ago and it works great. I have one ? . can you burn wood in the charcoal bin? l want to buy one of your pizza ovens,and would like to cook it in wood.

I bought mine during covid and have never looked back. I'm not a fan of pellet grills. The charcoal and wood have took my smoking meats to a different level.

I have only been successful in cooking anything on this grill three times before the electronics went haywire. It will not keep the heat at a constant temperature and the app is constantly stopping. As my dealer will not stand behind the grill, I am thinking about just hauling it to the dump.

One cube will start the charcs. I use a propane torch on it centered on the shelf for about 20 seconds and close the door set the temp. And booyah. Were grillin.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
