I've only used it 3 times and I'm getting used to it. I think it's going to be a great grill. It works just like advertised. No complaints here. I've just been too busy to use it as much as I'd like to.
Not enough power to continuously turn bone-in leg of lamb around. Turns 20° to 90° then reverses direction. Unfortunately I bought two years ago and used for first time just now. Cannot return.
This grill is awsome. Very easy to use and all the extra options make it the perfect grill to cook everything on.
Loved the product for the 2 uses I got. No customer service. BBQ has been down almost 6 months when you can actually get a reply you get strung along. Nothing happens now BBQ with 2 uses is a giant brick. Master built needs to treat customers better and needs to be accessible. This alone will have me never buying or advising anyone to buy again. Nice to get a new BBQ to do nothing. Thanks for the non support. Funny part is today they reached out on messenger if they could help. I responded 10 minutes later its now been 8 hours and they never looked at my response

Only leaving one star because I it won't let me leave zero stars. I've had the gravity series for two years and the first one I bought was put together by cabelas and didn't turn on from the moment I had it. Maybe it was the assembler at the store. Took it back and the replaced it. The second one worked for about a year then the controller went out. I replace and and almost a year later the knob that adjust the temp doesn't work. It has been garage stored when not in use and well taken care of. DO NOT BUY. it's just made by the cheapest standards.
I purchased a Masterbuilt 560 gravity feed grill. I've had continual problems with electronic controls shutting down and then having to reboot numerous times during the cooking process. Customer service instructed me how to troubleshooy down and had to continually reboot. Customer service was not very helpful. The fan motor has now stopped working completely.
Absolute nightmare. Fan stops and doesn't start back up causing temp to plummet and not recover. Masterbuilt has sent every part possible, multiple times and this grill still doesn't function properly. We have wasted so much time and money on ruined food Masterbuilt now says there's nothing more that can be done and warranty doesn't cover lemons and I'm stuck with a non functioning grill.

I bought this 1050 less than two years ago. Trying to get Customer Service to help you with the parts you need has been a horrible experience. It is a great product except older people like myself. Need a call back at times.
Buyers beware! I own a Gravity Series 800 and while it is a great BBQ concept the actual craftsmanship is very poor. The other review of the controller failing is true and trying get support is Zero to none, you will be waiting for a reply and get around on how to troubleshoot when you have already done all of it. My BBQ has a warranty thru my CC and I am trying to get a certain document from Masterbuilt but no response . I took upon myself to order the controller and probe as support recommended and got a confirmation that it will take 5-7 business day to be delivered . It has been 10 days still no email that is going to be shipped, contact customer service again and one said they are in the process of moving and it is why it will take about 14 days. Another customer service said its because its their busy year that it could take 7-14 days. Now I have 2 different excuse so which one is right? again BUYERS BEWARE its a good concept if you like cooking with Charcoal but after a year controller can break and paint will start pealing and rusting. My BBQ have been covered and under covered since day one but still rust and controller broken. Hopping for another company will come up with the same concept that is built to last better than Masterbuilt.
3 years of ownership, and this this is nothing but problems. For as good as the promise and idea of this is, avoid at all costs. Constant problems. Some days it works flawlessly, some days it just doesn't and there's no reason. No way to really diagnose. Quality sucks, service also sucks really bad. Avoid avoid avoid

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
