Masterbuilt 800 just delivered yesterday, assembled and ready for 1st burn. The fan isn't working, so it gets up to 80 degrees and that's it. I'm all over YouTube looking for solutions. For the price, not a good impression.

Bought the 500 series when they first came out. Wore that grill/smoker out. Next up the 800. Finally a charcoal grill/smoker you can griddle on too. Love mine, have used well over one year. Love the ease of use so much so certain dishes get baked on this instead of the indoors electric oven (pizza in my 12" cast iron skillet). I use mine to smoke pork butt, beef packer briskets, basically any and everything (eggs, bacon, on and on). Just buy one

Would love to give an actual review but still have not received my order and it's going on 3 weeks since it was placed. No response from customer service either. You're better off finding a local retailer or if you do order online prepare to take a century for anything to be shipped and don't expect a response from customer service.

Rotation is very erratic, tried cooking a turkey under 20lbs and eventually stopped rotating all the way around. Total failure. Looking thru Google many said the bushing doesn't lock in to rotate. I took it out and tried to make it work to no avail. Was out of the one year warranty so I tried buying another one thinking mine was just bad. Nope, now I have two that don't work. Even a small whole chicken was a disaster.

I bought this thing a month ago and I absolutely love it. I and trying to decide what to do with my kamato grill and my gas grill and my other electric smoker I have no use for any of the other outdoor cooking appliances. If you don't have one you are missing out. I have been telling everyone how awesome this thing is

I'm on my 3rd Gravity Series so they obviously are doing something right, but reconsidering the brand simply because is a non-functioning app. You can't advertise it as being able to control it with your phone when it does not work. Read the reviews of the app. Latest update killed it. I used to think the complaints I saw on social media was used error and now I'm sure it's not the case. Stop putting out better newer models in this series before your can get the basics right!

This is a long term review of the grill cover. I have had mine for a little over two years. I live in central NC. The weather is not very extreme here. My grill cover has started to rip and tear at multiple parts. The material has started to become very brittle as well. Better off just buying a cheap generic cover

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
