The motor on the rotisserie is weak. The first time I used it (1 chicken) it died, stopped turning. I would not recommend. Also, I'm not happy with the app on my iPhone. Several times it wouldn't connect and I was unable to get it to work. Other times it worked fine. It's not very consistent.

About this thing two months ago decided I was going to use it for this weekend so I got it out and realized that not all the parts were there. Not only were the parts not all there but once I got it working, the display doesn't work Correctly it only display part of what it should. So it's another a few days or a few weeks whenever they decide to get back to me so I can actually use my grill.

I purchased the Autoignite 545 on 5/23/24, received it 5/24/24, assembled it late that same day, but was not able to used it until 5/26/24. i must say that I am very impress by its proformance, easy to light, fast at getting to temp, no flare up, no burning, no excess heat. Chicken did not get stuck to the grate.

Had it a little over one year. Yes my grill is outside 100% but this cover fades and tore last year. Won't last much longer.

My God! My 3rd review. I followed the instructions from customer service regarding setting and locking the temp at 225 and still no fan. I'm reaching out to Home Deport for a refund as I do not think this will be rectified by Memorial Day and I have been dealing with this equipment since the 4th of May. Now I must purchase another grill just to have something for the holidays because guests are coming over. I already missed my son's graduation cookout due this faulty equipment, now Memorial Day weekend.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago, put 2 chickens on it and it won't turn. Removed one and still one turn. Been fighting to keep it balanced.

I'm a big fan of this grill. Pellets are easier but there is a bit of a taste difference between this charcoal Vs pellets. If you're an amateur smoker I suggest something with pellets but a snob like me I like the charcoal briquettes better. Just get used to starting the charcoal and then this thing is fantastic! I'm not a huge fan of the griddle top but the pizza oven works pretty well. But for smoking things this thing is incredible!

Ive owned this grill for about 2 months now. Ive cooked on it practically every week. I LOVE the grill, but the app has been very disappointing! Approximately 30% of the time it connects and works, when it does, its beautiful. Most times, it lets me down. Ive had only a small amount of success uninstalling and re-installing the app, who wants to do that everytime!?. If Masterbuilt would fix this SORELY DISSAPOINTING app, I would not hesitate to give this grill a 5 star rating.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
