I'm in love with my 560, so much do I bought a 1050! Unfortunately the temp probe wires weren't plugged in right or something and it overheated. I contacted them and they were happy to send out the new parts I need. Super helpful! Doing my best to be patient for shipping!

This is the best smoker. It has the best flavor of any smoked meat. Charcoal is the difference, easy to start walk away and stay at the perfect temperature. I highly recommend.

Have had it for about 2 years now and still works great. Love that I can smoke low and slow then crack to 700 to sear.

I have owned this for 4 years now. It is a versatile pit. Low smoking jerky to high temp sears. The rotisserie is nice but can't handle more than a single chicken. The griddle top is great for burgers but be aware of no grease trap directly below hole.

For someone who is always busy and loves to grill the Masterbuild grill is perfect for me. Easy to use and flawless when it comes to smoking meat. Ive recommend to 3 of my friends and they thank me for the advice of purchasing the grill.

I bought a 1050 grill after first having one of the first run (original) 850 grills that I have used flawlessly for several years. The 850 is needing some mod updates and I was shopping the options when my Wife told me about a killer deal on the 1050. It was a closeout display model that I was very happy to purchase for less than a full mod package for the 850. I will still get the mods for the 850, but I can put it on the back burner for now. We grill year round rain, snow, or shine we enjoy good food and the gravity grills really make things easy to achieve great results. I highly recommend these grills

I have had this for over a year and have not had any problems. Love the flavor of charcoal and wood on my smoked items and love making breakfast and smash burgers on the griddle. I would like to see a removable water pan for smoking.

Have had the 1050 and the 560 when they both came out have used them for party's birthday parties and graduation parties and have never had any complaints just compliments and the smokers hands down just awesome

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
