Bought this a few months ago not really knowing what to expect! Honestly it is the best grill I have had in awhile!! Does a super good job! Heats up quick and does a good job smoking meat! I have and will recommend.

I've had this smoker for close to 2 years and I love it! I've had all kinds of smokers, and nothing holds a steady temp. than this one. It is truly a set it and forget it smoker. I've never had an issue with temp. fluctuations with this grill. Plenty of room to smoke/grill your favorite meats and veggies!! I used to have to constantly watch the temps on my other smokers but not this one!! The app that Masterbuilt has come up with is also rock solid! Always stays connected to the smoker! So, if you're looking for a hassle-free smoker this is the one for you!

One unit with multiple uses! And on top of that it's the closest you can get to an offset smoker without having to babysit a fire. Perfect for a good weekend cook and still be able to do whatever needs to be done from wherever and be able to manage and check temperatures on the app. Not only that but one unit with multiple uses. The pizza oven has become a favorite and it easy to get set up. And breakfast on the griddle the next day is pretty convenient! Very easy to get a fire going and is able to get up to temperature quickly and maintains well, and gets back to temperature quickly after having the lid open. So if you're looking for the ultimate patio unit this is it!

Works great as advertised and I hardly ever cook chicken without it.

Have had this grill for a couple of years.. has the best flavor of food of all the grills , pellet smokers that I have owned .. little bit of a learning curve but overall ease of use is good. Would highly recommend

I've had my 800 since they launched. It's awesome for everything from quick brats and burgers to full day briskets and roasts.

I bought this unit a couple years ago for my husbands birthday and it's been worth every penny.
