I have had my MB800 for about 6 months now and it has made smoking a breeze. I have done about 15 smoke sessions on mine and everything has worked flawlessly. The ease of setting everything up, marking the temp/time, and letting it do it's thing is what makes the product a joy to use. I've had some of the best ribs and briskets that I have made. Do yourself a favor and quit considering this and just pull the trigger. You won't regret it!

I've tried TONS of different too types, brands of lump coal and I have to say this has been some of my favorite. For the most part the pieces are nice sized and work well. The flavors these put out is great too.

I've had this grill for a few years. It definitely had its pros and cons. Because of its design, the right side close to the firebox is 50F+ hotter than the left side. So, you have to factor that in when cooking. NIce for cooking breakfast on the griddle. My biggest complaint is getting it started. The rack below the charcoal chamber is too small for the tumbleweed starters. So, I have to take some strands off to make it fit. There's no easy way to knock the dust off of old (partially burned) coals. So, I have to poke something up through the bottom of the hopper or unload the charcoal in order to make them reusable. The power adapter is not durable. Two winters and it has failed both times.

I've had this cover for a couple of years. My grill sits on a deck with no protection from the sun. It is thick and heavy canvas that is cumbersome to put on. But that is probably why it is holding up well. No tears in the fabric and the color hasn't faded much. It's expensive, though you get what you pay for. The cover that came free with my kamado grill is splitting after just a year.

Whether I'm grilling or smoking, my Masterbuilt does an amazing job. Easy to use, and the electronic Bluetooth controls make monitoring your meat a breeze. The only improvement I could suggest would to figure out how to get the open/close sensors not to stick.

I have had my 1050 gravity Bbq/smoker going on 2 years.. I have used my grill literally every weekend… The durability and simplicity of the makes it well worth the purchase.. I have had literally no issues with anything braking or malfunctioning… I have had other top brand smoker grills that have broke within 6 months of use.. I believe Masterbuilt has literally knocked it out of the park with this line of grills..

So I have an older gravity fed pellet smoker. My mother's boyfriend got it for me for my birthday. Out of the box, It would not work. I'm a persistent person, and tore it all back apart. I went through every piece of the smoker until I figured out the problem. It happened to be a loose resistor on the circuit board. I re-soldered it and I swear to everyone, it is hands down.. the best smoker I've ever owned. Other than a element that went bad; probably due to smoking in the dead of winter. I swear I use it every other day. Not a problem since and it's been some years of use now! I love it and will continue to use it for years to come. Very impressed with my masterbuilt.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
