After a couple learning curves (human error), of remembering to pull the slides and ensure that there wasn't any excess ash in the hopper, we absolutely love our 1050 and use it all the time. We also love that we can smoke, grill, sear etc on one device. We would get it all over again!

Love the flavor this charcoal puts out and when using the Firestarters, it makes it super easy to get to grilling or smoking.

After we purchased a 1050 grill, we started purchasing the accessories. This eliminates the need for a Blackstone and you are cooking with charcoal. Burgers,fajitas, stir-fry were awesome.

I bought this about 3 months ago. Could not pass it up for the price. It smokes, it grills, it uses charcoal or lump wood and I even got a pizza oven for it. It does take two people to put together and I would recommend doing that where you want it to stay at. Because it's a quality built piece, it is not light. The app allows me to control it any in my house or garage. The charcoal tower holds more than enough charcoal for a full day of smoking. Simply put I Love This!

I've had this grill for a few years and have smoked and grilled probably a few thousand pounds of food. I absolutely love this grill!! The only reason it gets 4 stars is because of a few quirks and durability. The app/wifi has never worked correctly since day 1, weird issues with safety switches intermittently working and parts poor quality steel falling apart. This may sound like a lot but considering how much I've used this grill, it's actually not a game changer. I use lump hardwood charcoal mixed with fresh hardwoods for everything I cook and the flavors are out of this world. Highly recommend this grill to anyone who appreciates wood fired and/ or smoked food.

This grill was actually a gift from my wife for fathers day almost three years ago. I have always considered myself a good cook, and having this GS1050 has made my culinary skills really flourish. Its design is amazing, the structure is superb, and lets not forget the amazing flavors it gives ALL of my food. I really love the technology in this machine and having the ability to monitor it remotely. WE typically do a Sunday meal after church and being able to monitor it away from home is a new level of comfort. All the hardware is tempered good, and it has held up to the numerous times that I have cooked on it, and let me just say this the more you cook the more flavors get locked in and makes each time you do just a little more better. I would highly recommend this Grill to anyone looking to smoke, barbeque, and try out your own dishes because its like having an oven, warmer, smoker, and grill all in one. Again the possibilities are endless. BEST present ever!!!!

I've always loved the smell and taste of charcoal when grilling and smoking but hated the process. The gravity series has changed all of that. The gravity series heats up darn near as fast as my old gas grill.

These little things are what gets the fire going! Easy to use and one pack goes a long way!
