I'm on my second yr of this smoker. I love it and food comes out great. U do have ro keep it really clean or u will get some flare ups on higher temps

I've been the proud owner of the 1050 gravity series smoker for 3 years now. This thing is an absolute beast. Easy to assemble, set up, clean, and especially to cook with. We've enjoyed a wide range of meats, fish, and vegetables and every single time it's been amazing. I've tried multiple smokers the green egg .junk. treager pellet..junk. masterbuilt is as named. Everything I fire it up I get calls...Hey neighbor Whats for dinner!. Everyone in my family as well as my friends has purchased one since they have sampled the results on mine. I hope I have many more years of enjoyment from this product.

I purchased this 1050 gravity charcoal grill and smoker on December 2022 . It has performed amazingly no matter what protein or seafood you cook in it ! Beef , pork,chicken lobster . I'm really impressed with the quality and consistency of this product and great quality. All original and no failures of any electronics ! Very pleased .

I got this grill, smoker, griddle because it was an answer to my questions. It smokes like my stick burner but is as easy as pellet smoker. It gets hot enough to sear a steak and grill a pizza and cool enough to smoke jerky. Love brisket, burgers and fish… but my favorite is breakfast. Omelets and hash browns on the griddle in the morning is my first choice. Changed the fan but otherwise no problems with this amazing machine. May my crusty lady forever be smoking hot!

I have tried several smokers over the years, electric and pellet. I was never satisfied with any of them. I was recommended to try the Masterbuilt series and after looking at them went with the 1050 grill/smoker. I absolutely love the ease of use and cleanup of it. The temperature regulates so well even in the Florida heat and humidity. I have not found anything that I can't smoke on it and have it turn out perfectly. Only smoker I would ever recommend.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
