This BBQ IS THE BEST I ever purchased. No more babysitting, cold/hot sessions. I can sleep overnight and wake up to a finished smoke. The start to target grill, sear or smoke time is like flying in auto pilot. LOVE IT! I've told all my buds to get one.

I've been grilling and smoking for many years. Thirty plus to be honest. I've used many grills and smokers but always enjoyed the taste of cooking with real wood. Best thing I had found was a Parker smoker using a tube for extra smoke and the flavor I want. So I seen and purchased the Masterbuilt. Fast forward to today I've used it for around two years. Yes I've had some minor issues but was always about to get fixed with replacement parts or mods and it was back to be or better. I love it cooks great always has good flavor. Is predictable when using it can airways count on it to work if you don't leave fuel in it. I have all the attachments pizza oven griddle and have used them but mainly use it to smoke bbq grill and make jerky. I'd buy it again!!

I've had my gravity 800 for a couple years and we use it all the time. I love it when my kids say, "Dad, these are the best ribs, wings, Butt, chicken, etc. that you've ever made" I enjoy my "alone" time with it too. I love looking at it after I've done a deep clean. It's all shiny and clean. Can't beat it.

I have had the 800 for a year now and have had time to figure out cooking with it. It does have a learning curve but once you figure it out it's a great grill. Love the flavor and the control of temps. The only complaint I have is with the app but there are work arounds but would like to be able to use the app for more

I have had this grill for almost a year now, I love it, smoke, low heat, and high heat for steaks!!!! I would not use any other grill now!!!

I knew the charcoal hopper was a great idea when I first laid eyes on this grill. I can't tell you how many times I had to reload charcoal in other grill/smoker combos and had to remove the food, it was super annoying. The hopped is such a genius invention! I can do short or long cooks without any issues! Plus the app makes this machine so much better… I can take the kids to the theatre and keep an eye on my cook with ease! I'm so darn impressed by this machine.

I've owned the 1050 for 3 NFL seasons now. Great for smoking, great for grilling. The Bluetooth/app connection never worked well if it ever worked at all. The display on the controller died halfway through season #2 despite always being covered with the Masterbuilt brand grill cover when not in use. I originally bought this because it's in my nature to go against the trends, I'd rather suffer through this grill's shortcomings than buy a pellet grill.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
