A friend of mine has one, I was stil using a pellet smoker. He would tell how quick it was ready and the temps it could reach that my pellet would not. So we bought one and I use it quite often. The fact I can get that charcoal flavor without having to wait for coals to be ready, or I can smoke with it. I made 2 beer can chickens on it and wow. The fact that you can bake it I also put to the test, my son asked me to make Creme Brule and I did on it. Came out perfect. Was definitely a great investment plus would add a great peice to anyone's outdoor kitchen. Can not wait to make more different foods on it that you don't usually do with charcoal or lump coal. Thanks

great smoke quality for the convenience. the only negative is that the safety switches all fail but they're easy enough to replace. the app, when it connects, makes it very easy to monitor and control the temps

Overall has been a very good grill for what I wanted. I had requirements in wanting a charcoal, WiFi smoker made in America. Your grill almost hit all those marks.

I have had my 1050 for going on three years. I use this beast all year round which to some may not sound like much but when temps dip below zero it just performs. Reverse searing smoking at 150 degrees and adding wood chips leaves an impressive smoke flavor to your choice of meats.

These starters burn high, hot, and clean. A must have for the Gravity Series grills. They light easily and quickly even with a simple lighter. For the price and performance, I wouldn't bother getting anything else.

I've smoked many chickens on my rotisserie kit, they somehow manage to get better and better each time I do one. Huge props to the rotisserie kit for making me look like I know what I'm doing

I bought this after ruining a rack of pork ribs. I've cooked probably 10 racks on this since, plus 2 pork butts, a brisket and beef ribs. All came out better than I had hoped. I'd put my food against any high end bbq any day now with my Masterbuilt.

The way this grill works is incredible. The gravity feed system really does a great job. My whole neighborhood comes running when I fire up my smoker!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
