Very disappointed!! I want to love it soo badly but I can't. I put the entire griddle together and when I put the griddle top on it, it would rock side to side. I took it off and loosened every screw that it came with and tried adjusting it but all screws lined up perfectly and there was no adjust to be made. The griddle came warped as I check it with a level. I have used it four times and the griddle is slowly getting worse. When heated it is 1/4" gap when cooled it rocks 1/2".

Totally awesome. Only have a small upper deck to put it on and it's a perfect fit. Easy to clean up and cooks evenly. We don't eat meat so we cook every veggie imaginable on it and no need for a million utensils or baskets like with a bbq. Pancakes are perfect on this and omelettes. Having so much fun cooking on this. No problems with lighting it. Have no complaints.

i love this grill. my husband likes to cook on his acorn but i love the griddle. i have made a few meals on it so far. fried rice, philly cheese steaks and breakfast. it cooks everything perfectly.

Great for breakfast, egg, pancakes, bacon and potatoes! So far have also used it for steak and burgers. Steak came out great, 5 - 7 minutes on high for each side depending on temperature preference. Equal to a good steakhouse!

Very pleased with this griddle. Mobile but sturdy; solid. I compared this to a competitor's griddle and it was flimsy in comparison. Excellent even heat distribution across the griddle surface - no hot or cold spots. Cooking temps are easy to control.

Good quality except assembly tools. I severly /deeply cut my finger when the provided wrench jumped out of the nut while tightening. Painfull to say the least and blood all over the place. I recommend to use proper tools and wear safety gloves. The griddle is not perfectly flat otherwise but deformation is minor and visible only while scrapping food remains out. Last point, aluminum grease collector too expensive.

We absolutely Love our new Griddle as well as all of our Weber Products. Our Weber gas barbeque we have had for 30 years, and our Weber Kettle Barbeque with the table we have had for 20 years and both have been wonderful. My next Weber purchase will be the Weber Natural gas Barbeque. We will never buy another brand of Barbeque or Griddle. It's Weber all the way

This thing is great! I cooked so much food so quickly with this griddle. It gets hot quickly, and once seasoned properly doesn't stick. I love it!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
