Quick, even heat with a fuss free ignition. Nice big grease catch and convenient front drawer access for clean out. Good controls, but the red silicone cups keep sliding out of position on the knob shaft between the back of the knob and cabinet. I just nudge them towards the grill innards, back in place every now and then with a flat head screw driver, but why should I have to? This thing is only an month old. I sorta wish I held out for a griddle with an enclosed cabinet for the propane with storage drawers, wheels on all four corners, maybe a burner for deep frying, and a hinged lid…stainless and heat durable to be able to use as a basting function for a quick, integrated cheese melt. About the wheels…there's only two, and why so cheap? They're pretty disappointingly flimsy. Also, if I have to lift one specific end to roll it around, a handle would be a much nicer touch than having to lift on the thin metal edge of the side shelf that digs into your hand so uncomfortably. I get the idea that this is a trial run for Weber on the grill game. I really think they need to go all in or don't though… looking at what "the competition" is offering. I also think they could figure out the average scraper size (or make one to sell as an accessory…paddle handle please) and make a flush rectangular slot for the grease catch the length of the scraper. This is what makes life good on a griddle…scrape your greasy goo to the slot, let the edge fall in and, with minimal rapid wrist action, wipe both sides clean on the griddle top slot edge for your next swipe, keeping all the grease and grime where it's supposed to go, instead of up the sides and eventually all over the place. No one I know of is doing this yet in the retail griddle space, but a cook can dream and your welcome if anyone at Weber reads this. I think that feature alone would rock the boat. All that said, I can take comfort in the Weber warranty I suppose. It's definitely not junk by any means, but for the price, it borders on inducing buyers remorse every time I see what "they" are doing with other griddle brands. I've already started my modification planning. Hoping I can get the griddle top to a local water jet table for said scraper slot (if it's affordable) and am shopping for some locking casters and better quality big wheels. We'll see. I do have a day job already though. Smh

We got this griddle to make cheesesteaks, after being from PA and moving south we're better off making our own, and this griddle does not disappoint. It has made excellent cheesesteaks and breakfast like a pro. Still need to make smash burgers but very happy with the quality and uniform heating. It's the perfect size as we didn't want anything too big, we got the smaller 28" and made harshbrowns, pancakes, and eggs all at once without a problem.

Fun & Easy to use heats is perfect. Simple works and it's not so big that you can wheel it into the garage or a shed to cook in the rain. Made well and it's not heavy also like the grease tray with a throwaway foil. Perfect, fast and easy cleanups.

We love the griddle bbq, made breakfast on it, it was so nice.
Have only used it a few times, but so far so good. Love the Weber quality and evenness of the burners.
While the design of this griddle is sleek and functional the actual griddle itself isn't well made and nowhere near as durable as others on the market… the surface scratches very easily with basic "griddle tools" and ends up leaving unsightly marks… and even with reseasoning it food will get stuck on the areas of the scratches. I have a portable version of the competition brand and the griddle on it is much more durable. I can't see this Weber version lasting very long, and I have only had mine a month and have used it less than 6 times. I'm super disappointed that I chose to stay "brand loyal" and bought this Weber. I can definitely see myself buying the full size griddle from the other brand this summer.

My new grill was easy to assemble. I have cooked on it multiple times and it was easy to use and easy to clean.

The style and look of the grill are great. We seasoned our grill as instructed and it went smoothly. When used our grill for the first time, it was great. However, on our second usage, the grill seems warped and wobbles.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
