Customer Reviews
Easy to assemble, just read through directions first to familiarize yourself with the unit. Follow seasoning instructions. I added one more layer of oil to bake in. First batch still sticks a little, but just go slow. Use good quality spatulas with tapered edges. Two breakfasts and two griddled salmon filets later, I am very happy with this griddle.

THE GRIDDLE IS GREAT BUT THE SHELVES ON THE SIDE GET SO HOT THAT IT WILL MELT PLASTIC IF YOU SET IT ON THERE. I HAVE OWNED MANY WEBER ITEMS IN THE PAST BUT THIS IS STRANGE. THERE IS A WARNING SIGN CLOSE TO THE GRIDDLE THAT SAYS HOT BUT THE ENTIRE SHELF GETS INCREDIBLY HOT, SO HOT YOU CANT HARDLY PUT YOUR HAND ON IT. AND IF THE WARNING IS FOR THE ENTIRE SHELF, WHY HAVE A SHELF?

Your feedback is valuable to us, and we apologize for any disappointment. The shelf areas closest to the griddle are expected to get hot and we always recommend using hand protection when operating the griddle. However, the areas from the triangular warning to the exterior of the shelves should remain cool enough for food prep and storage. We would like to know more about your experience and offer our assistance. Please look for an email from our Care team soon. Thank you!
Even heat, respondes to setting changes well, cleans easily once seasoned. Take your time and season well before 1st use otherwise you WILL have some sticking and cleaning isues.

I love grilling, frying, and cook outside. I've only had the griddle for a couple of months and I was a little nervous using it the first time mostly due to my inexperience working with a griddle, but it really after seasoning the cooktop, it couldn't be much easier. I've used it several times to cook entire meals and keep the heat out of our kitchen. I love this thing.
This is fantastic. We do summer stir fries, breakfasts and brats are great too!
As usual Weber grills never disappointed me… Most friends that purchased the Blackstone said they didn't know Weber made griddle.. I'm glad I researched griddles and read Reviews…Wheels could have been better designed for maneuvering griddle otherwise excellent!

After watching the online videos I am glad that I purchased the Weber griddle. The online videos gave me a lot of ideas and I really enjoy making different items for dinner. Well built, even heating and easy cleanup.
I bought the griddle at the recommendation of my son-in-law, who has had one for a few years. It was fairly easy to assemble with the help of my wife reading the instructions. I've used it four or five times after having seasoned it very thoroughly. The three burners, make it easy to cook different items at different temperatures. The griddle is a good size for our knees, but I have seen larger ones that. Have much larger capacity. I have always had a barbecue grill so this is my first griddle. I have been using grill mats on my barbecue, so purchasing a griddle and cooking on a griddle was similar to grill mats. so far I have cooked swordfish, filet mignon, stirfry, scallops, and crabcakes. All of these meals have turned out great.
Grill performs great no issues, need to have more grill tool hangers, other wise thumbs up

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
