I love this griddle. I wish I had bought one years ago. My wife and I have been experimenting with different foods that were too tedious to cook on a normal range. The surface area is perfect for cooking multiple things simultaneously without the boundaries of pans or skillets in the way. We can prepare enough food at the same time so that we may all sit down and eat at the same time instead of waiting for the next round of eggs or pancakes to be ready while another member of the family is already eating so their food doesn't get cold at the same time. We are using our griddle everyday, and often for two meals in the same day. Breakfast never tasted so good. Sorry Waffle House, you've been replaced. I highly recommend this griddle, especially if you are feeding a larger than average family such as ours!

Have enjoyed cooking on this about a month now. Love the flexibility and great quality like usual from Weber. Only issue is on windy days it's difficult to control temp - believe there are some wind guards you can get (maybe 3rd party?)

Very even heating, lots of cooking space to make delicious dishes for the entire family. This griddle is simple to use, like Weber products are known for. It has everything I need, nothing that I don't. My family loves the great dishes we are making from breakfast to smash burgers to Mongolian chicken and fajitas.

So far so good. Clear, well written directions were very easy to follow while assembling this grill. The quality of the materials are great and what I expect from the Weber brand. Seasoning the grill for the first time was also painless. Burgers, chicken, and fish taste so good when cooked on this griddle. Cleanup is a breeze.

My new Weber 28" griddle works beautifully. Can do it all from hot dogs, burgers, sausage peppers and onions. It's the King of breakfast. Pancakes, eggs, bacon at its best. I love it!

Same high quality product I have come to expect from Weber I own multiple Weber products . The only thing I would change would be to add a handle to move griddle easier.

So far it's all we wanted. We started with some smash burgers that turned out great and even did a Korean BBQ. It heats fast and evenly. Can't wait to do some steaks on it.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
