I saw a video review that stated the grill wasn't attractive. I keep a cover on my grill when not in use - who cares?! This griddle works great, and it's well-constructed and solid! It lights the first time evertime! It cooks great! What more could you want?

If I knew how much I was going to use the griddle going in, I would have stepped up to the 36" model instead. The 28" is a great model, and have had absolutely no issues. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a griddle this size. Rather that adding on gimmicky options, Weber put their money where it counts, and delivers the best quality product. Heating is consistent across the cooking surface, and there are no signs of warping or rust like you find with the competition. The 28" is great for feeding small groups or families, but there are times that I would like to have the extra real estate in the 36" model. In either case, just buy the Weber!

I've owned quite a few different ones. The Weber is the best hands down. My only complaint is that I didn't get the 36 inch griddle.

Love it. The igniters on each burner is a difference from the blackstone and so worth it.

I recently purchased a 28 inch weber grill. I'm disappointed that we cannot close the cover on The grill. when I cook a pork roast of ribs, they don't seem to cook up as well with the cover open. I had the Blackstone in the past which you could close the cover, so I'm not sure if we can cover the food somehow so when I cook that particular type of foods or not.

I'm still figuring out how to cook on a flat top. I'm watching a lot of YouTube videos and trying to stick to what I know. Breakfast is a snap with this thing. It heats evenly and I can turn it down enough that I don't burn things while I'm learning. I'm not going to get rid of my Weber gas grill because it does some things this won't but I'm really happy with it so far.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
