Another Quality Product. It doesn't have the esthetics or big bells and whistles but i dont want/need that. What i wanted was a quality product that would preform and last and thats what I got. The even heating across the flattop is fantastic. 28" was big enough for me, i could see some wanting the 36" but i think youd be surprised how much you can get on this griddle. And its Weber, which screams quality, warrenty and customer service!

This has been a great griddle. I picked this brand because it seems to have less cold spots on the griddle surface. three burners gives you more control I really like the lid shelving is great. I would recommend them to anyone.

I haven't used the griddle that much due to other things but so far, I love the unit. The only thing I see that would be a great improvement is some way of leveling the unit.

Great grill! This is my first flattop grill which I chose because of the Weber name, online reviews and conversations with people I know who have other brands. One of the primary selling points is the ease of access to the grease trap and grill cover. I have made hibachi, chicken, smashed burgers, and fajitas, and have been pleased with the grill and the quality of the food prepared on it.

Works well has high heat in places. Cooler in others. I'm getting used to where to place different foods. The metal cover is a bit flimsy but so far so good

The griddle arrived a bit later than estimated, but I don't fault Weber with that. It was packed better than anything I've seen in years and the pa Kong really impressed me. Nothing was damaged and assembly was very easy. Seasoning the griddle was not a problem and I used it that very night…and the videos on Webers website helped make the whole cooking process a success!

Compared to my neighbors ft grill, the Weber is much higher quality. Everything works well and it's nice and sturdy.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
