The Joetisserie Basket Kit has endless possibilities so get creative! I like to use the flat basket for steaks, chicken, turkey or roast and the round basket for veggies and wings. So easy to set up and not having the middle rod running through the basket is a huge benefit. You can easily get 5+ pounds of wings and clean up is a breeze being able to wash in the dishwasher. Not to mention it's built like a tank. Definitely a must have accessory!

I've used the new JoeTisserie Basket twice now and have had great results both times. Both times I made wings. I have used the Flat Basket and the Tumbler Basket for Wings. Both were AMAZING. I found that the seasoning stuck better with the Flat Basket. The new JoeTisserie Basket will allow you to make so many more things that you couldn't before. Fries, Veggies, Whole Fish, etc. Assembly and Cleanup are both simple and easy. I highly recommend making this your #1 accessory to buy for your Kamado Joe

I received this as an ambassador to review. LOVE IT! Old rotisseries baskets are just that a basket that doesn't adjust. Your food ends up flipping around inside and knocking all the rub off. This basket is adjustable so your food stays put while rotating. 5 stars, highly recommend!

It's more than I thought it would be. I've used these basket components a few times on both my Classic & my KJ Kettle. The components can be mixed and matched on the sturdy frame for a few different cooking combos. They clean up is pretty easy too. Easy assembly right out of the box.

Great basket set. It includes both adjustable flat grates for holding fish, spatchcocked chicken, small roasts, etc and also 2 clamshell type baskets for converting it into a tumbler type basket. They both attach to the same basket frame so it's one less thing to store. You can also use a combination of the flat and clamshell pieces. I placed chicken pieces between the flat grates and then added baby potatoes on the outside and then installed the clamshells. This created 2 half tumblers with the protein in the middle. The chicken basted and flavored the potatoes as it cooked. Once the potatoes were done, I removed them and let the chicken finish without the clamshells installed. Still experimenting with different foods and setups but so far it's doing great. Very fun and versatile accessory. It's well made and I haven't had any accidental opening of the basket during operation because it's nearly impossible with how the the grates and clamshells attach to the frame. Lastly this entire basket fits in my dishwasher when disassembled and cleans up nicely.

Probably my most used accessory. I make wings almost every weekend during football season and they are perfect every time! I love doing potatoes as well. Looking forward to trying out more recipes in the future!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
