I bought this specifically for doing wings, but I've used them for lamb chops and pork chops as well. I will likely try a steak next!

This basket is a must have. I've used a Napoleon basket for the past couple years, mostly for wings, and have loved it. But this JoeTisserie Basket comes with a flat and tumbler basket, giving me immediate versatility the Napoleon can not touch. Seriously. I'll be able to break this out several times a week to cook potatoes, fish, chicken, veggies … whatever! The quality and clean-up has immediately made my Napoleon basket obsolete. This has become my #1 Joe accessory. Highly recommend!

The JoeTisserie is a family fave so I was more than excited when I got my hands on the new Basket Kit. It comes with everything you need to fit your KJ wether you have a Big Joe Joe, Classic or kettle grill includes two Allan, keys, one massive and one tiny to put the bracket together and from there the baskets just click in. It's that easy. You get one basket that transforms into two different styles. One is flat and you can adjust the width by pinching and moving it it up or down. Super simple. The other basket sides stick out so you can really pack stuff in. I did four pounds of wings and they came out better than I've ever achieved. I could have easily put far more in there and I plan to when I have more friends around. For my cook I did big block lump on the near side and kept it around 375 for an hour. It's so easy because you just put your protein in your prep table / counter etc… and then just click it on the frame and let it spin. The wings were perfectly even with the crisp we really like. I gotta size it was nice not have to flip forty five wings lol. Really cool. Next up I am going to use the flat basket for fish and my son wants to see a spatchcock chicken on the spin! I'm also thinking planning on doing a Picanha but instead of doing my usual C shape on the rod, I'll put it in the flat basket on a less wide of a setting and I think drums will be epic with this. I admit I kinda dreaded cleanup but it was super easy. I just gave it a spray and brushed off any larger bits and in the dishwasher it went. Came out gleaming! Kamado Joe really thought about this product and it shows. Great engineering and build quality. Easy and fun to use. Highly recommend the JoeTisserie Basket Kit!

This is a very well made design and much better on the basket than the original design they released. It is also much more flexible than other rotisserie baskets on the market. Very simple to put together and use.

This basket is a real game changer! The ability to adjust it between a flat basket for seafood or steaks and the tumbler for chicken wings and vegetables is awesome. I have been wanting something that works this well for years. The quality of materials and the ease of use are what I come to expect from Kamado Joe.

The joetisserie basket kit is so versatile, easy to clean compared to napoleon and love the fact you get two basket styles to utilize. It has produced crispy wings, veggies and juicy ribeyes so far. Look forward to experimenting with more combos.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
