I have only used it twice. 2 slabs of ribs is pushing it. I find that the smoke does not last anywhere near 45 mins. I used 2 loads of pellets and got quite a good bark. I did however over cook them.. I will adjust the next time. This grill should be made in the 200 square inch size. That is what the size limit is in condos in Florida

I love the ninja 3 in 1 outdoor grill it cooks perfect and food taste so much better with pellets. The meat was tender cooked evenly. Perfect for at home or our on the go long trips to cook for my family and save money making out own meal

This is one of the best grills I've had. Its easy to set up , cooks evenly and gives a great flavor. I really liked the wood pellet feature because it gives a unique flavor to the food. I love the easy set up because its ready to go after plugging it in. I would highly recommend

This grill is like a dream come true. To have a grill, air fryer and smoker all in one to use outdoors will make camping this summer so much better. Thankfully we had some very warm temperatures this December and we used this pretty much every day for one thing or another. The grill made perfect steaks, the air fryer made deliciously crisp potatoe skins and the smoker was used for a mouth watering roast that left us wanting more. Each of the features were easy to use thanks to the handy instruction manual and digital screen settings. Included in the box were wood chips to try so you can start using it immediately. I love the size of the air fry basket, it's large enough to fit a good amount of food in there. Everything is also super easy to clean because the base lifts off and the drip container just slides right out. You also get a recipe book that has a variety of things to try and look forward to making some of those in the summer months.

We used the smoker and it worked really well and did what it was supposed to. It added flavor and made the skirt steak delicious. This works good for a quick startup. It takes less time to start than a bbq pit, but mostly works the same. The button on the front is convenient for when you want to use the pellets.

First, I only cook for my wife, son and myself. and it is the perfect size. If you are trying to cook for a big family of 6 or more this is not it. The smokey flavor is really good and the wood chips last for about an hour. I need to learn how to slow cook as the small things like chicken breast can get dry. However there is a lot of information online on how to keep your food moist like using a brine, injecting, and spraying it with liquid periodically while cooking. I'm in absolute love with the new grill. Oh PS you need to buy the stand or get one of your own. Do yourself a favor and click buy already.. lol

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
