At almost 70 years old I can't count how many grills I've put together and then put to the curb due to rusting out after 2 to 3 years. The stainless steel Broil King is built so well it's hard to find enough superlatives to describe the thing completely. It definitely is a tad expensive however! After putting it together I just stood back and smiled as I felt I'd created a work of art. Really wasn't happy with the hard copy manual but I found a video online that made assembly super simple and eliminated all the frustration the paper manual would have caused. Starting the grill, no matter which of the 4 burners I select, is a breeze. I have never had so much control of the temperature as I've found with my Broil King. It truly is a grill that has been engineered by people that know grills and then who picked the very best components to build the thing. Truly amazing!

Have used this exact unit for 1.5 years thru Alberta summers and winters on NG and it never fails to give a great result. Not sure what the person that can only cook on a 6x6 portion is doing. Maybe they assembled the unit backwards? Beef, chicken, pork or veggies come out evenly done if you know how to adjust the 4 burners correctly. As the manuals says" keep your lid down for best results".

I bought this a month ago and so far very satisfied. One issue that I do have is with the placement of the propane tank on the Baron series. It sits in a hole for stability I assume but that makes it very difficult to install and remove. Broil king needs to do a retrofit or an option that is similar to the Regal series with its pull out shelf.

The grill uses cheap plastic parts to connect the cabinet to the wheels. The plastic strips out and the cabinet disconnects. You'll be stuck with a piece of junk that leaks grease all over your patio.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
