I've been working on getting a napoleon conversion kit for almost two months to convert to natural gas for this fire pit because they say a generic conversion kit will negate warranty. Finally, reached a local rep who has been working on getting a conversion kit for over two weeks. Better accessibility to purchasing recommended conversion kit should be a lot easier. Fire pit also came without protective cover, which was supposed to be included in purchase, was received within two weeks after contacting customer service via email. However, don't try and call the number on website. They don't answer their phone which concerns me for the future. Hopefully, the fire pit will be nice to use once I get it connected. Not looking good so far.

I recently added the Napoleon Nexus 72 Patioflame Table to my patio, and I couldn't be happier with it. At six feet long, it easily becomes the centerpiece when friends and family come over, and the flame gives off plenty of warmth on cooler evenings. The hand-painted finish looks just like concrete, but since it's cast aluminum, it's surprisingly easy to move when I want to rearrange the space. The flames look amazing dancing across the lava rocks, and they create the perfect atmosphere for relaxing outside. I also like that it came set up for propane but included a natural gas conversion kit for future flexibility. Overall, it's stylish, well-built, and has really elevated my outdoor space—I get compliments on it all the time.

Being able to move the lighter weight Nexus 72 patioflame table around the patio/yard is amazing. Some spots on the patio are great for a party of one, but if you need to move the patioflame table to accommodate a party for ten you can with ease.

I love the look and length on the Nexus 72 Patioflame table! It looks like concrete, but is actually made of cast aluminum which is lighter and more durable. I have a long narrow deck and needed a fire feature that would allow me to walk around it while still having chairs up to it. I also wanted a low sitting fire table to really feel the heat radiate up and out. This was the perfect fit!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
