Warranty
Orders must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery and any visible defects reported within that time for warranty eligibility. Proof of purchase and delivery date are required, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, alteration, or use of unapproved fuels. Prism Hardscapes is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, and all other warranties, expressed or implied, are disclaimed. Labor not included.

Just love the Darlee Nassau chairs. I'm not using them around a table, but on my patio. They were very easy to put together (2 sections bolted together) - love the swivel and the rock. Cushions are nice, but also can be used without cushions. The chair seat height is perfect / chair back feels good - very comfortable chairs - happy with my purchase. Fast shipping with BBQGuys!

Bought one a year ago and now one for the other end of the table. Great chairs, easy to assemble. Customer service in fixing a ship to address was handle to get the product to the right the place!

I've been looking for an aluminum expandable table and found this one online! I was a little hesitant to purchase sight unseen, but it's a very nice table. We had a small ding in the table and reached out to customer support, and they were very responsive. We found a resolution right away. I also paired this table with the Darlee chairs, and the customer support chat helped me determine whether the two opposing sets would go well together, which they do! Overall, I'm happy to have an aluminum expandable table with cushioned aluminum chairs, which was impossible to find in stores.

The rocking chairs are used on our outdoor patio. The design of the chairs matches the other chairs and table we have on our patio.

I purchased a whole set about 10-12 years ago. It is in fantastic condition. Would definitely buy again. Today however the one swival chair broke , the weld let loose at the bottom. My husband needles to say landed on his head and got hurt. I am presently looking for another replacement chair. It was no one's fault as I said it's over 10 years old and held up great until today. Will buy again. We love it

The color is listed as Antique Bronze. These are not the normal color that you would expect. They are very dark brown with some bronze in it, (if you look very closely). They actually look more black from a distance.

Started looking at cast aluminum chairs about 2 weeks ago, these chairs are equal to or exceed the quality of chair we shopped at local patio shops. They arrived packaged 2 per box and were well protected. It took approximately 10-15 minutes to attach the bases to the seats. The cushions were an added bonus, I do not believe they came with the chairs if ordered from other online sources at no additional charge. Will order the Series 30 dining table next. Very pleased, high end quality!

We own four of these swivel rockers. They are attractive, well proportioned, stable and extremely comfortable. Chairs came with very nice seat cushions but are comfortable without them. These are a good weight, did not blow away when the Santa Ana winds blew a few days before Christmas 2009, but not to heavy to move around the patio. Because we live in a high winds area, wind resitant outdoor furniture is a must. So far we are very happy with this purchase.

Hey Susan! From looking at different reviews, it appears to look smoked due to the imaging. The glass is in fact clear.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
