Warranty
Orders must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery and any visible defects reported within that time for warranty eligibility. Proof of purchase and delivery date are required, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, alteration, or use of unapproved fuels. Prism Hardscapes is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, and all other warranties, expressed or implied, are disclaimed. Labor not included.

After spending nearly a year building our new home and first in-ground pool, we wanted loungers of good quality but that arrived ready to use with little assembly. We ordered the three piece Darlee sling back loungers with table. With very little effort they were unpacked, assembled, and beside the pool. We were so impressed we ordered two more sets. Love the look, style, and ease.

I recently purchased our 3rd set of this seating set because we have been very happy with the others and wanted to expand the seating around our pool. We ordered it in the hopes that it would arrive in time for the holiday weekend and it did, however one of the legs of the chairs was bent and it broke when we tried to straighten it. We are still waiting to hear how shoppers choice plans to remedy this situation, which will very much color my opinion of this company going forward. I will update my review if/when there is a resolution.

My 1st. Ultimate Patio order & my experience has been has been nothing but positive. My original order arrived only to discover i ordered the wrong height bar stools.(my bad). Returning these items for easy & pain free. U.P.'s Customer service was professional & courteous! At the same time i ordered the right bar stools & love them. I will definitely be ordering from Ultimate Patio in the future!

It was part of a set and looks great. Very thick cushions so they should last. It's light weight but sturdy. This came assembled so we just had to add cushions. The only down side is having to tie the straps to keep cushions positioned. Velcro would make it easier for us given we have partially covered patio so we remove cushions when it rains. I recommend this product.

Purchased a bar height table and chats (4) set, loved it so much we added 2 more chairs. We sit on our deck at the beach, the powder coating is excellent, umbrella base is superior.

We initially a sub-par product from a different vendor. Our puppy pretty much ate through the side chair and couch. Completely a waste of money. We then decided on aluminum. Darlee allowed for so much variety that we enjoyed picking out the style. What we love the most is how cushy the cushions are. You sink into them and they feel so luxurious. We keep these under a porch so I don't know how they'll do outside. So happy!

I have been looking for bar stools for some time now and have been unable to find any that appealed to me for under $450.00. I was very pleased with the look, quality and price of your stools. They are sturdy and very attractive.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
