Warranty
Orders must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery and any visible defects reported within that time for warranty eligibility. Proof of purchase and delivery date are required, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, alteration, or use of unapproved fuels. Prism Hardscapes is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, and all other warranties, expressed or implied, are disclaimed. Labor not included.

I ordered a sofa, two rockers, two chaise footstools, a small wine table, and the Lions Fire Pit in Antique Bronze on the 15th, and by the 18th it was already delivered to my driveway. The fire pit is scheduled to arrive today—review on that coming soon! I'll admit I was a little hesitant about ordering such a big set online, especially because the description of the Antique Bronze finish made me think it might lean too black (which I didn't want). But after talking with my sales rep, Iain, I decided to take the leap. 🙏🏽 And I'm so glad I did! The finish is a true antique bronze—more of a deep antique brown—and it is absolutely beautiful. The only part I dreaded was the freight delivery since I'd have to move everything into my backyard and assemble it. But honestly, it wasn't as bad as I thought, and it was well worth it once everything was set up. The furniture itself is stunning—the Antique Bronze finish paired with the firm, sesame-colored cushions is just perfect. So comfortable, so well-made, and yes, I LOVE my set. If you're on the fence, stop hesitating. This set easily feels like it's worth $5,000, and I paid nowhere near that thanks to BBQ Guys' flash sale. On top of that, the customer service was excellent. Iain was so helpful in guiding me through the process, answering all my questions, and making sure I felt confident in my purchase. Thank you again, BBQ Guys—you've made me a very happy customer, and I know this set will bring my family years of enjoyment!

After one season my cushions were rotten. Had to replace cushions. The metal frame is durable and attractive.

Love this product, and the chairs that go with it. LARGE comfortable cushions, well made frame, very strong with levelers on the feet. AS I get the deck organized, I will be looking to BBQ Guys for more of this product line.

Very nice aluminum sofa. My one caveat would be that perhaps the frame could have been a bit heavier. A recent storm caused the couch to travel across the deck. I've since wired it to the railing.

Hi Kellie. The Natural finish of the Cascata is a mottled gray, where the Coastal is more of a sand color. Being glass fiber reinforced cement, both will hold up very well in the elements.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
