Warranty
Orders must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery and any visible defects reported within that time for warranty eligibility. Proof of purchase and delivery date are required, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, alteration, or use of unapproved fuels. Prism Hardscapes is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, and all other warranties, expressed or implied, are disclaimed. Labor not included.

It took me ab0ut 10 minutes to unpack this table which was packed very well. It took another 10 minutes to assemble the table. Very easy assembly and good instructions. I am very happy with my purchase and will be back again for anything else I may need. Thank you for a trouble free purchase!

We are very satisfied with this solid, well built table that turned out to be a great value with free shipping. . Packaging protected it well during shipment which was on time and delivered with care. Although the photo does not show the center structure which provides a hole for the umbrella as does photos on other sites, fortunately it did indeed come with that feature. In fact the tech at the store told me it did not. It would help if they updated the picture. Overall, we are very pleased with the purchase and would certainly do business with BBQGUYS again.

Quality base an it going take little while to break in cushions. Cushions look great but wish they were fade resistant. Easy to put together. Would I buy again, yes! Very good price when compared to other vendors. Communication plus with Bar-B-Que guys

These are heavy duty chairs (but easy to move), they look great, and they are very comfortable. Easy to assemble as well, just four bolts, washers, and nuts per chair. All you need for assembly are two 9/16" open end wrenches. Easier still, one wrench and an impact drill with a 9/16" nut driver. One caveat. There is a label affixed to show the direction the chair is to be pointed when attached. It is clearly wrong. If you install it that direction, the chair leans down in the front instead of the back. Easily corrected, though. Company was great, shipped fast, and expertly delivered to my garage. No complaints at all.

Hi SK. The Lakeview Cascata does not include a lid. The burn pan is 16 inches wide by 34 inches long. Unfortunately, we do not have a lid that size.
Asked by SK | Answered by WesleyHi Mike. The Lakeview Cascata uses a portable propane tank. The table will come with a 10-foot hose to allow the tank to be located at a safe distance from the table.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
